The Inn off Capitol Park was perfect for us....we were traveling with our elderly Mom and she loved it. Small rooms, but clean, quiet and great beds! We loved being able to sit out in the courtyard and chat....and it was nice in the morning to be able to sit and have a cup of coffee and read the paper...

The Inn Off The Capitol is the sister hotel of Davis's Aggie Inn. It has a good location but its carpark is a bit small. The rooms are cheap and comfortable but all look onto a common atrium with no view to the outside, which may not be comfortable to anyone who is claustrophobic. This common view also makes privacy an issue and drapes need to be drawn at all times. Free unsecured Wi-Fi and decent beds. Overall an okay second choice if the larger, better equipped hotels nearby (i.e. Sheraton) are not available. Good value, however.

Close to everything, this older hotel is somewhat noisier than the newer ones nearby. But makes up for that with free parking, Internet access, and breakfast--plus whirlpool tubs--all for a lower price!
