Location and price, 4-star quality hotel. Mini bar too expensive. lack of vending machine, no free parking. Definitely recommended for the price we spent, what an incredible deal we got. A splendid experience in all.

The location is less than 10 min. from the cruise ships. No hotel transportation service from or to ship's port. Hotel service was outstanding but very high price. Maybe its because of President's weekend (february. This hotel is located minutes from the cruise ships.

I liked its location to the port. I wish they provided transportation to the port. This hotel was lovely. It was near the bayside marketplace, the room was clean, the bathroom was huge, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, very nice, superb price Wish the internet access was free Super! Would highly recommend to friends and family, especially if they are going on a cruise... could probably not have a better location to depart/return from the cruise piers.

This is my second stay at an Intercontinental property. LOVED my stay in Miami. The website does the hotel no justice. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accessible; rooms and main lobby very clean. Marina is in walking distance, absolutely beautiful and has nightly entertainment by the water. I had absolutely no problems during my 3 night stay. I will say that parking is pricey ($*/day), but there is a metered lot downstairs ($* for 3 hour minimum). Pool was smaller than I expected, but who needs a pool when you?re by the ocean. I will be back next year!

I have stayed in this hotel on four occasions at a minimum of four days during the Memorial Day holiday weekends. I am a frequent hotel guest and next to the Four Seasons in Atlanta, this by far is my favorite. The staff is attentive, the venue is clean and rooms are exceptional. The location is prime and only a few blocks to restaurants, shops and other downtown destinations. The hotel understands service and when I book my room, I request the same room and the hotel cheerfully accommodates me. Security is alert and professional. Parking is priced at New York rates but what should one expect when the hotel is such a bargain. I have recommended this hotel to dozens of friends and business associates and all have agreed that it is a jewel of the downtown skyline.

We stayed here for 2 nights while our cruise ship was being sanitized in December 2006. Great location near shopping and restaurants. There were a lot of people in our situation (accommodated by the cruiseline) and the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The staff even opened the buffet early just so all those hungry people could eat. The food was great, the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again...cruise or no cruise!

Situated right in the middle of downtown Miami, our room had a spectacular view of the city as well as the bay area. It was pretty unfortunate that the weather was not too cooperative during our stay so we ended up staying in our hotel room most of the time.

Great location and views. It's aged a bit since my last visit. Discolored furniture/old television. It's a wonderful hotel with a great location. However, it looks a little dated in comparison with other 4 star hotels I've recently stayed in. The staff was a 10, other than the front desk. The person I dealt with was not so friendly. However, the restaurant employees, housekeeping staff and room service staff were very kind.

The rooms were plush with very comfortable beds. Cannot think of anything I didn't like. Very upscale with very comfortable rooms, beds and linens. Rooms are also very spacious.
