Elegant yet gracious and charming atmosphere and staff. Room well-appointed and comfortable. Parking cost. This was an elegant, well-appointed, convenient hotel with a gracious and accommodating staff. Lovely.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had to wait approximately 30 min. For the courtesy shuttle when were told 5-10 min. The room was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable! The bathroom area was spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and very accomodating. It is in a great location! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

I had a great time at this hotel. My room was beautiful (especially the bathroom). I loved the gift shop... was able to buy last minute jewelry and pashmina for the wedding I was attending. Great location right by the train.. especially convenient for taking train to & from the airport. Very friendly staff. Fun bar scene with a jazz band on the Friday night I was there. Great hotel!

Beautiful lobby and tastefully decorated rooms. Paying for self parking. Beautiful, upscale plush hotel with tastefully decorated rooms and lovely spacious marble bathrooms, great staff, fun restaurant and bar with live Jazz--will return!

Beautiful courtyard and spacious, comfortable lobby seating. Had mixed experiences in the business center. One extremely helpful; one barely interested in helping. Would love to stay here every time I'm in Atlanta.

well located with several really good dining options nearby. Room was very adequate---big enough but not overly large----great bathroom/shower---parking was easy in garage--we self parked. My wife liked the cleanliness and beb/bath linens.

The attitude of staff was excellent. The price for the food was pricey The hotel was awesome. The staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful. I only wish my family could have been with me to enjoy it.

They have a town car to take you anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel for free. I was on business so unfortunately my wife could not be a part of this great experience. This is a great place to unwind regardless of your reason for travel. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to make your stay relaxing.

New, clean beautiful hotel with the most comfortable/luxurious beds. We were there for a wedding at the hotel and it was 1st class as well. I didn't use the pool or fitness center so I can't comment on that.

I travel quite a bit for work, and out of all the cities that I have been to and the countless hotels I've stayed in, this is the best there is. No detail was overlooked, the staff was exquisite and the food was nothing short of perfection. I’ll be back.

We loved this hotel. Nothing is cheap, but the quality of this hotel is awesome. The service at the desk was great. Buckhead was verfy nice and we never worried there as we did downtown with people coming up asking for money with our kids a bit nervous.

Very nice hotel. Great room furnishings. Location was perfect. Withing walking distance of great restaurants and just a mile away from the major shopping areas. Concierge was very helpful and the valets knew me by name after 24hours. I will definitely be staying there again.

Beautiful, clean, the beds were delicious. This is the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms were upscale the soaking tub a treat and the staff couldn't be more professional. I would stay there again in a heartbeat, Thanks priceline.

Great Location anddecent size room. Poor maintenance, leaky bathrooms, poor response to maintenance issues and expensive parking. The sink in the bathroom was choked up. They took the whole day to repair it. The AC regulator did not work.

"This was a fabulous experience. The staff was first rate & exceedingly helpful. The rooms were luxurious. We treated ourselves to a spa treatment at the Jurlique spa on the 2nd floor. One of the best spas I've been to (they are heavy on the aromatherapy, so if you don't like ""smells"" be advised- but I enjoyed that aspect). Nice to be able to go back to your room after leaving the sap all relaxed. The Sunday brunch buffet was excellent, too. The shuttle service took us out to where we were dining on Sat night- very prompt and friendly. A great luxury stay in a beautiful hotel."

Overall hotel staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Courtesy driver, rude and unacommodating. Great location. Next room occupants were very noisy (late) and hotel staff sent security to remedy situation.
