Great location, wonderful staff, and great service. Nothing. The Intercontinental Wien upholds the great reputation of the Intercontinental brand. The hotel is in a very good location, right across the street from the city park and within a few minutes walk from the city center. The staffs were very friendly and met my every need. The rooms were modern, very clean, and had a very comfortable feel to them.

Location and connections (subway, etc). Breakfast is somewhat expensive, could find the same cheaper next door. A solid, well established place with professionals doing their best for servicing guests.

The price and the location to the metro. No free wireless in lobby or room. This was the smallest room I had on our four city tour of Europe. But it was good enough size and the view was nice. I wish they had free wireless in room or public areas for looking up tour information and etc. The prices for a drink in the bar were high we did not enjoy a night cap. The location is great for a quality room in Vienna. We enjoyed the walk to the city center. We like the fact that the metro is right across the street. The staff was very friendly, very helpful.

perfect location, very nice clean rooms , friendly and efficient service. My family of four enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Perfect location, impressive lobby, very nice rooms, friendly and efficient service -from the doorman to the front desk, to the concierge who helped us a lot, and housekeeping. Perfect stay!

Amazing lobby bar and concierge service. They really went above and beyond. The rooms were very nice, but small. Bathroom was like a cruise ship bathroom....tiny! Location wasn't so great. Across from a park that was pretty sketchy at night. Pretty good walk to the local attractions as well.

Location. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Location is very good for getting around on public transportation. The underground station is right across the street from the hotel.
