Location near excellent shopping mall. Did not have room/suite available with separate sleeping area for children. JW Marriott is a very good hotel, conveniently located next to Lenox Square Mall (Atrium Attached).

The view was excellent and the location was convenient. There was a smell in the hall from a leaky ice machine. Excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful room at an excellent price. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Staff was very friendly, accommodating, very knowledgeable about hotel services, food, and surroundings. Local phone and internet very high price. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Operator even knew how the food was prepared when we ordered room service. They caught that our order was wrong before it was brought up to the room, and didn't charge us since it was later than she told me it would be served.

The bed and bathroom were luxurious. It was a bit far from the happening areas of Atlanta. The JW Marriott is delightful. The lobby is elegant, the staff is friendly, and the room was luxurious and modern.

The decor was beautiful. The television was terrible. The JW Marriott in Buckhead is a great hotel. It is beautifully decorated hotel in a very convenient location. It is connected to one of Atlanta's nicest shopping malls. I suggest hitting the food court at the mall rather than the hotel coffee shop if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. The bathrooms are gorgeous, with great toiletries. The bedding is very comfortable.

Good location. Unbelievable they wanted to charge $14.95 for internet access that never did work. Concierge was friendly, rooms were clean and decent condition but not 4star in my opinion. Also, even as a Marriott Rewards member, they charge $14.95 for internet access, $14.96 for a Martini and $26 for parking. No internet in the common areas and couldn't get it to work in the room even after I paid for it. I had to do work at a deli across the way where I got free internet. (The Westin where my meeting was had free internet too) - I won't recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Great room, friendly service. Expensive parking, super expensive food and drinks in hotel. Hotel and staff were great. Parking is ridiculous. I would definitely stay here again, I just wouldn't eat or drink anything at the hotel. Great location, has an entrance directly into the Lennox Mall.

Nice personnel. Overpriced for the basic amenities you receive. The hotel charged for parking, and did not offer free WI-FI.Wanted to charge $13 per day for Internet service.

This is a great hotel. I have over 70 nights at this Marriott. Everyone is great, friendly and helpful. Go see Maurice if you have access to the Consigner level. He is a blast. They make it like a home away from home.

Very comfortable beds and well equipped fitness center. No continental breakfast. This hotel is very conveniently located in Buckhead across from MARTA station, so you can easily access other areas of Atlanta. Hotel has very plush beds with down comforters and lots of padding and pillows. Fitness center was very well equipped - all cardio machines have their own TV. Only disappointment was that breakfast was not included with stay. The hotel is attached to the Lenox mall, so it was very easy to find breakfast within the mall.

Location. Have stayed at Hyatt and Intercontinental. They're better. The hotel was fine. It is great for shopping at Lenox Mall. Not nearly as nice as Intercontinental and Hyatt. Seems to be relying on name.

Being attached to the Lenox mall was great. The faucet in the bathroom squeaked really loudly which I did report upon checkout. Well appointed, comfortable and great for the leisure traveler or business travelers. You are made to feel at home away from home.

We took the Marta from the airport to the hotel as we got off the Marta the hotel was right across the street. It is an older hotel but kept up very well. Everyone was more than helpful with our little get away. From the front staff to the restaurant staff. Excellent hotel!

Location. The decor of the room was just average. The furniture in the lobby is shabby and needs cleaning.The parking was expensive. We felt this hotel needs some upgrading of it's facilities. The furniture in the lobby needs cleaning and some art work and flowers in the lobby would be nice.
