Exceeded all expectations. Big property, easy to get lost and far away facilities. The best resort I have ever stayed at. The J.W. Marriott far exceeded my expectations. I am thoroughly pleased with my stay and highly recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent room for the price because it's off the strip Very nice hotel room and facilities. A bit of a hassle getting to the strip because of road construction, but otherwise you can get a room comparable to the higher end hotels on the strip for much less money.

Location and low key casino. Beautiful hotel on wonderful grounds away from the frenetic pace and traffic of the strip. The casino has friendly dealers and more comfortable (lower) table betting minimums.

Rooms were extremely spacious and very clean. It had a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds at the strip. Service at the in the Rampart Casino was extremely slow.

The spa was fantastic! You have to go through the casino to get to and from the spa. Wonderful hotel. The bathrooms are fantastic and the spa was amazing!

Decided to stay off the strip this time, and very glad we did. Room was great with a fantastic view of the strip way off in the distance. It is relaxing but still close enough to the strip to venture out if you feel like it. Marriott is always consistant and this hotel/resort is no exception. Good mix of guests from couples to families. Great staff, clean rooms, and like all marriotts...great beds! The pool is also a great feature and there is decent shopping near by. This is the place to stay...get all the fun of Vegas while being far enough away from the crouds to actually relax and enjoy yourself. I honestly can't even imagine ever wanting to stay anywhere else when i go back to Las Vagas.

My husband and I arrived 3 days early prior to my 3 day business conference. The accommodations were far above what we expected! Ceiling fans, best hotel bathroom ever (rain shower head and huge room) clean, registration staff was incredible. A refreshing break from the strip. Rented a car and drove back to The Strip for 2 shows, no problems. Morning traffic back to airport during the week is slow, so plan accordingly. Disappointed in restaurants on site, but lots of options nearby. Access to Red Rock Canyon was great and well worth the drive just a few miles west. Would highly reccomend and will stay here again as opposed to hectic pace of The Strip.

Wonderful landscape, beautiful spa like bathroom. Boring , had an incident of theft from our room. Beautiful and quiet, not good for kids as it is boring, valet parking a plus.

Beautiful, convenient to where we needed to be. Staff did not inform us when someone's baby crapped in the swimming pool. While this is a beautiful resort & have stayed before, we were disappointed when the pool had been closed because another guest brought a baby into the pool without a swim diaper. Then of course, the baby defecated in the pool causing the resort to close the pool for 24 hours. That would be acceptable had the staff properly warned other guests and posted signs not to enter the pool. My young children waded into the pool, as did I, and were not stopped or told about the pool closure until after we had entered the water. It's quite disgusting, not to mention dangerous. They need to implement better procedures to protect other guests when some people allow their child to poop in the pool. Also the pillows in the rooms were lumpy.
