Restaurant excelent food quality and Lobby expectacular. The carpets of halls dirty spotted bathroom with black rims room small. I will stay here many times because of excellent hotels, locations. This hotel the concierge sends us to a show where we were the only clientele; hard to make understood in English. The restaurant and the staff as the food excellent and excellent breakfast buffet.

Huge hotel with plenty of food and drink options. The problem was, the food was pretty bad and very expensive versus the rest of Beijing. The staff attempted to be helpful freely, but a lot was lost in translation. The restaurants served the worst food we had in Beijing at the highest prices. The lounge was nice, though, and the service in the lounge was impeccable.
