The Hotel that is good for a lad or girls night out but not for familiesOn the negative side i found the shower to leak over the bath, the bath towels were too small and they left white fluff over your body and the cooffe and tea facilities in the room were below standard with no biscuits. The breakfast in the morning was just average. Being a vegatarian I found there to be no mushrooms on the menu which is a first. The coffee was from a machine and tasted awfull and the cereal selection was basic. There was alot of noise from other guests at 03.45 this was due to the hotel allowing a very big hen party to stay. I did feel I was in a B&B in Blackpool.The good points was that the beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was good. The service was good and the television and channels was also good.

HandyMy husband and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night as we were going to a show at the NIA. I already knew the hotel as I stay there every year whilst attending a conference.The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable.We didn't eat in the hotel but I know from previous experience that the food is good.It is an excellent base for all the venues and plenty of good restuarants and bars within a few minutes walk.As there was a few stag parties in that night the receptionist offered to put us on a high floor to avoid the possibility of disturbance which we thought was very thoughtful.

Great Location and value for moneyWent to NIA - just across the road through Brindleyplace. Lots of places to choose from for meal at Brindleyplace. Thought hotel might be noisy when check-in was full of big groups (eg hen and stag parties) but we were on 16th floor and it was very quiet. Would definitely go again.

Stayed here many times before - great location to broad street but not as close to where I wanted (Late rooms said it was closer)Hotel great value for money; basic but large comfortable rooms
