The room was exceptionally cold and it took a while for us to be moved to an alternative room. This marred the stay. In reality the hotel is an excellent choice the problem was definitely the room. The staff were helpful and helped us move bags to the new location.

I was in room 123. This overlooked the Brewery Wharf area.In this area is a nightclub. They played music till 4am ..which made my windows shake!I called reception and asked to be moved, unfortunately, there were no rooms available.The hotel staff in the morning were apologetic and gave me a free breakfast. Not really much for a lost nights sleep which afterall, was what I was paying the £77.50 for in the first place. Still, I appreciate that there really wasn't much the staff could do. The hotel manager was professional in his manner in dealing with me.The nightclub issue and/or the hotel soundproofing needs to be addressed.Regards,Steve.

Feedback for the Jury Inn Hotel - LeedsThe hotel is located in a very pleasant area, swanky and smart in appearance with efficient, polite and helpful staff, I have stayed at the Hilton in Leeds but would definately stay here again, I did not have breakfast included so didn't experience this and feel the price could have included breakfast. I had a taxi ordered by the reception desk for the approved firm but this took 20 minutes to come and therefore missed my train, I will get this ordered well in advance next time. A very enjoyable stay non the less.

I needed a room that was good value for money and near the city centre. the hotel is a 5 minute walk into the city and was ideal for use. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean and tidy. the only problem was parking, although the hotel gives a discount for a multi story car park, it is located about 10 mins away from hotel, which is a little incovenient if you have alot of bags. however, everything else was fab!

Everything just rightWe've stayed at lots of B+B over the last few years and have been amazed that the basics are regularly failed (e.g. no hot water, heating, inflexible breakfast times, no shower gel, etc.)The stay at the Jury's Inn was a hassle free and worry free experience from this respect. Great accommodation and service with 7-10am breakfast and 12pm check out if you want to lie in, is perfect for hen/stag do's etc. Good value through laterooms. Short walk from city centre and train station. Thoroughly recommended

Highly ReccommenedThis hotel was perfectly placed for our visit to Leeds, the rooms were lovely and Breakfast was very good. The only problem was finding it, we drove around for more than an hour as it is hidden down a side street and the sign posts were totally inadaquate.

GREAT HOTEL..Brilliant hotel, very nice.... Got a double room last friday for £45 which was amazing..It's in a great location near various lovely bistros, bars etc.... And a £4 taxi fare from train station or walk is about 10mins max....Found the hotel very lively and just an all round great atmosphere.. Also got a drink from hotel when got in very late to take back to room...
