This hotel is a great value. It's a stone's throw from the beach, near many restaurants, massage shops, and stores. The rooms are quite large and comfortable, with a fridge and free water. The staff is friendly. The free breakfast buffet is pretty good. They also provide free use of beach towels. All the rooms are nice, be warned that is quite a hike to the back rooms. I advice asking upon check-in where you room is. Another warning: there currently is construction near the back rooms, though I didn't find it too bothersome. Finally, note that the hotel is more of a family hotel (it's not near the main nightlife areas in Patong). A motorbike rental would be great (taxis are expensive here), but be careful. Overall, I highly recommend for those on a budget.
