Something I did not like is the ac was very loud we found a roach in the bathroom A LIFE ONE!! and after my bf killed it.. the bathroom light blew out.

This is an older hotel with a new name. The appliances in the rooms are 1970's and no microwave in room and limited supplies. Room was spacious and nice. We were moved from the first room when they realized the hot water heater had not yet been fixed. They called whithin minutes of entering the room and sent up a bell hope within ten minutes to help us move up a floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have ants on the floor in the main living area...we are from Florida and expect to see a bug or two..this was more like a colony, which isnt to acceptable. We really didnt expect much but when we told the check out manager at checkout they may want to spray the room, she made a big deal of it an said we would get a call from the hotel manager. We never did. I had unmet promisses. The pool had floating yuk in it all the time and should have been cleaned with a net several times daily which I didnt see occuring. We were there for a short stay mainly for a place to sleep before and after a race...it was ok for that. We prolly wouldnt stay if the hotel and area were the main points of interest.
