GreatGreat room. Small but nicely decorated and clean. The experience was much nicer than staying at the Aldgate Travelodge where I had stayed the week before. Great food.

there was a lot of confusion at the small check in desk when i arrived but i was in my room within 10mins of arriving, others werwe not so lucky. I had booked a double room and although the room was small it was perfect with a large wide screen tv as well. My only criticism was the large shower head was full of limescale and water went eveywhere and the water was extremly slow to drain away.

I arrived at 11pm to be told they had a problem with my room and wanted to taxi me to a hotel in another part of London. After a 20 minute argument they found me a room! Not a good start. Parts of the room were dirty and the bathroom had what looked like a baby cockroach walking around. I will never stay here again

Quality hotel in convenient locationFirst impressions are important. When I arrived, the desk clerk was having some difficulty making arrangements for a group of Chinese guests, but did so quietly and efficiently. Single room was small but extremely well set up with (new) quality fittings. Free broadband a great plus for the business traveller - my only complaint that the cable was missing from my room and I had to ask several times to get one provided. A minor hiccup, though. Highly recommended.

really small room- but that is completely the norm for a hotel at this price range in London. Considering we don't spend a lot of time in our hotel room anyway when visiting London, who cares.

I didn't eat at the hotel but the breakfast menu looked good. Small rooms but very nicely done and good value for money in an excellent location. Wouldn't call the bed a proper double though.

When we arrived the hotel had overbooked and did not even have a double room to offer us! We ended up being put in two single rooms next to the railway line so the windows and beds shook every time a train went by- not too good as the trains don't finish until 1am and start again about 5am. A real shame as the hotel is very smart. Don't book here unless you know you are not overlooking the railway and they have definitely got a room for you...!

I was offered a free upgrade to a twin room but then was invoiced for a double room, this i found difficult.

English breakfast excellent although went cold very quickly as plates were not prewarmed. Very close to Earls Court tube station. Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens very pleasant walk away-about 1 mile. Excellent left luggage service so arrival prior to check in time is not a problem as luggage can be left, leaving the rest of the day luggage free. Room was excellent although on the small side. Access to the superb en suite bathroom would be impossible for a fairly pregnant lady or larger person as door opened outward against the double bed.

it was a tiny top floor room, and being adjacent to the District Line brought a certain level of noise, but the room was smart and freshly decorated, and the bathroom was immaculate, so, for £59, in such an accessible location, it was a bargain.

Impressive for the priceI was abit worried after I booked this hotel, reading everyone else comments (most very negative). Having stayed there, I can honestly say I would do it again. Customer service was very good. Room was very well equipped and modern decore. RRP for the room according to laterooms was £250 a night, I only paid £69. If I paid the RRP I would be most disappointed. The lifts were dirty and then didn't work and breakfast is very expensive in my opinion £15.00ea. Cheaper to go to Tesco's. Overall it was decent and I would stay again.

Room small but clean and comfortableThe room was small, and above the Tube tracks, but was relatively quiet (the trains sounded like rumbles of thunder). Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good - 2 minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station.

Fittings in the room were falling apart.Access to the shower was a squeeze.Woken in the early hours by loud fire alarm.Room temperature was too high and air con would not reduce it.I had to open the window to sleep and adjacent overground tube line was very noisy.Other than that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
