The hotel was okay. the shuttle service to disney leaves alot to be desired. We waited for over an hour to be picked up one day in the rain.They pick up at 8:15 every morning. by the time they pick up at all the other hotels you get to disney at 9:45-10:15.

"In a good location for fast food and back entrance to Disney. 2 double beds = 1 worn out double bed and 1 that folds out from the wall with minimal linens. Be mindful of their ""mandatory"" $2 phone/safe surcharge not included in price. Entire motel needs minor repairs to bring it out of the 70's."

I just stay here for one night because the hotel that we intented to stay is fully book on Saturday night. Bed is full of hair (I think they didn't change the bedsheet), bathroom floor has some hair on it, wood flooring is very noisy when you walk around, can hear other guest talking on the other side of the room (they stay up very late, drinking and talking). Overall it is a very dirty and uncomfortable place to stay, the worst budget hotel I ever stay in Orlando. Glad we moved to the other hotel on Sunday, we enjoy our stay there for four more nights with clean and comfortable room.

We arrived after travelling for a day and half. Check in was very easy and quick, their help was most useful and provided a comfort zone to operate in. The closeness to Disney and Universal and so on provided efficent access to these parks. The Hotel was all we needed and one person was most helpful.

hotel was very clean, a little old, but very comfortable beds. Had a small, heated pool that we had all to ourselves, it was great for our kids, my husband and I enjoyed it, too! Pool water was crystal clear.

Over all the place was OK. The wireless internet did not work in the back area of the property so we had to have our room moved so it would work. The ice machines never seemed to have any ice in them. The rooms were clean and stayed that way with the staff cleaning them every day. Was in a good location. Just rember you get what you pay for. This place was cheap and did what I needed it to do.

DO NOT STAY HERE - ROACH INFESTED, DIRTY, PAINT COMING OFF FURNITURE, CHEAP THIN TOWELS, VENDING MACHINES EMPTY AND ICE AREA A NIGHTMARE. NOT WORTH ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY. Rooms provided with microware and refrigerator, but at the end they charge you for them.

i enjoy my vacations on the knights in maingate west the staff friendly and the rooms clean and everything works shuttle to the parks save money in parking the guest service help us to with tickets.

Nice place to stay but the shuttles only run once a day. It was a long day at Universal from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

last october we visited forthe third time this motel. Now with our three children and their partners. This motel offers us rooms for low prices and the location near the parks is very good. Motel staff is very helpfull and willing to make your stay as good as they can.

Cold donuts was the only thing they served, the shuttle service was not timely. The staff was relatively helpfully with the broken remote, the booger on the wall and the sticky microwave. Continental breakfast is only cold donuts, coffee and OJ. There was no table to sit in the room so we had to eat on our beds.
