Excellent ServiceWe stayed at the Knightsbridge Green Hotel the weekend of the Flora London Marathon. The hotel is situated close to the tube station (less than 5 minutes walk), and just around the corner from Harrods.The staff were excellent, and the hotel was perfectly situated for everything we wanted to do.Our room, on the 5th floor, was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Room service was available but we didn't use it. Instead we visited local restaurants, which were excellent.

The worst-seems cheap for Knightsbridge before arriving at the hotel. at which point it becomes painfully clear why.

Good location.....but not to be recommendedRoom located on busy road....wooden blinds (no curtains in bedroom)let the light in and sash windows let the noise in. Opposite a busy building site right now. I booked a king size bed suite and was given separate twin beds. Basic furniture with no real interior design features. 1 lift in use. Staff, were poilte. I expected the worse but it was worse than I expected.

One night of luxuryGreat location and lovely friendly hotel; got an upgarde free to a suite which was fab and made my stay even more fun. Room was well equiped and had everythign I needed and could have wanted. The decor of the hotel was perfect and jsut as I like, celan modern lines. Added bonus was that the bed was extremely comfortable whcih is unusal in hotels!The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful -the price was also excellent and if was always that price I'd stay every weekend - A definite YES I'll be back, an exceptional stay.

Review of hotelHotel had a strange smell, almost like urinethey made a mistake with the booking,so although i booked a double room through laterooms , the hotel firstly gave me a studio room, only when i emailed the hotel they said they rectified this, but on arrival we had a twin room.They tried to put the beds together, but we didn't sleep very well like this.The toilet in the room was also broken, so had to use the cloakroom in hall. they said the hotel was fully booked so they couldn;t give us a room, we had a complimentary breakfast which was not great, we felt so value for money was bad.Hotel is in a bit of a mess
