I was very happy with the hotels fine furnishings. The staff were very helpful. The room we stayed in was on the first floor at the corner which meant we had views out two sides of of the streets. Although a very busy street the rooms were completely silent as there were double windows. I would have no problems in returning there. The U station was right out side the door & most areas of site seeing interest are only a couple of stops away.

The location was good for me as I know the city well and could get around with the Underground - the station right outside the hotel. The hotel is old and could use some updating and a better restaurant, albeit there are many eating places near by. Rooms were quiet and reasonable in size with updated bathrooms. Not well suited for a business hotel but O.K. for visiting and shopping.
