Excellent! Clean, comfortable and well located B&B with an excellent customer service. Within easy walking distance of bus and train stations as well as the new and old parts of Bergamo. Would recommended without any hesitation. (Contrary to description iron and ironing board not available).

Beautiful, individual and stylish room with lovely furniture. Very spacious and no noises from neighbouring rooms.Bettet than all the 3 and 4 star-hotels I stayed at . Paolo was very Very friendly, personal and took a lot of trouble to gave us good advise about places to visist and good restaurants.

The place was lovely but we had the misfortune of its only street facing room. The cobbled street which seemed quiet was extremely busy and would have been quiter sleeping on the sleep - slept between 1am and 5am - ask for another room and its a great place.

Our thanks to Paolo and all who helped make our stay so enjoyable. It was a very relaxed stay, made even better by not worrying about getting to and from the airport as we took advantage of the taxi service offered by the hotel. Thank you and we will return.

We were picked up from the airport by Paolo and his sister, depsite our late arrival time. We actually landed early and didn't have to wait for them, they'd been watching our flight number and knew we were arriving early. The staff were really helpful and friendly and knocked on our door on the 1st morning to ask if we needed any help with directions etc - which we did! Maps etc provided.The accomodation was lovely and set round a courtyard. Our room was huge with a small balcony, ample hanging space (with some hangers) and drawer space for clothes, very reasonably priced (basically stocked) mini-bar-fridge, comfortable bed, warm room (in very cold weather), lovely bathroom, haridryer, and good, well-placed plug-points. Our room was quiet but there is a room that overlooks the cobbled street at the front of the building which we believe is noisy.Breakfast was served in the room every morning - toast, scrambled eggs, juice, coffee, jam and cheese - perfectly ample for our needs. There's a kettle in the room (& TV).The accomodation is near a church and bells ring from 7am every half hour - they're lovely to hear if a little persistent at times!Bergamo itself is a beautiful place to visit. The new and old towns are lovely, especially the old town. Public transport is cheap (5 euros for a 3 day bus pass covering all Bergamo buses, the funiculars and the bus back to the airport). We took the train to Milan for the day and couldn't wait to get back to Bergamo - it's so much prettier!The accomodation is very well placed for the train station and a walk into the new town and to the old town.There are 2 restaurants near to the accomodation that you can get 10% off. They don't look much from the outside but we ate at both and both were faultless.All in all, can't recommend it enough, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again when visiting Bergamo, which we hope to do again soon. Beautiful BergamoGood apartment room and good location. We took advantage of the taxi service because of our time of arrival but you would find it no problem from the train station with a good map - it's really pretty straightforward. Breakfast will suit everyone - very strong coffee though there are sachets of Nescafe inthe room with your kettle. Really made to feel welcome to Bergamo and Paolo provided a map along with some hints and tips. To say that we would stay here again says it all really - Bergamo is lovely.
