It was cheap and fairly clean. The rude cleaning lady. It was pretty clean. The maids are very rude. It was raining and I went to the front desk to ask for more towels. On the way out I saw a maid and asked if I could have a plastic bag to up my towels in. She was so rude. I was standing their looking at a big role of trash bags and she said loudly, &quot;I ain&rsquo;t got none!&quot; Someone needs to teach the maids at this hotel, manners and proper English!

I read all the reviews from the other travel agency customers. I am not really sure why this hotel got such a low rating. This hotel was a great deal for the money I paid. We stayed here for 1 night and would stay longer.

Wouldn't answer phone to get shuttle from airport, pressed re-dial in front of hotel clerk and their phone rang. Clerk was unapolpgetic. Rooms old and no elevator to third floor.

Upon check in the staff was friendky, efficient and hekful. At first look, the room appeared ideal. However, there ws only one facecloth and handtowel for 2 people, the coffee pot did not turn off (needed to be unplugged), the bathroom exhaust fan did not work, there were andt inthe bed, two roaches crawled across the wall, the nattress pad was much smaller than the bed, bunching up uncomfortably while we slept. A lobby door opens up directly into the breakfast preparatin area, and several guests with large suitcases walked through the prep area and bumped into seated diners. The call to confirm that we had our room as sooon as we unlocked the door was a nice touch.

Central location, close to shopping dinning. Always some thing that does not work. This hotel needs to get its act together and make sure that the a/c works, that it does not leak on the carpet. The dampness causes a mildew smell in the room. The wireless internet did not work, and this is one of the main reasons I stay at LaQuinta. The breakfast should come up to the same level of what is offered compared to other La Quinta properties.

We stayed for 4 nights and the hotel did not clean our room for the entire stay. I had to ask the front desk for towels daily and also for TP. They did appologize but did not help by passing information to the manager and he was not there when I asked. Not for a family. Many roaches. Lights did not work. Pay the extra and stay elsewhere.

Easy to get to Miami Beach. Hard to get in/out of hotel due to busy street. Hotel was very nice and allowed me to get to and from Miami Beach with ease. The only issue I had was getting in and out of the hotel. Turning left is difficult out of the hotel because it's very busy.

Clerk was a delight and was very helpful. Really made me feel welcomed. May be a little bit more of a variety with the continental breakfast buffet.
