Room was comfortable. We did not get shuttle service to the airport and were left outside in the cold. The times of the airport shuttle should be clearly stated and we should be able to be inside while checking in and not out in the cold.

This hotel is convenient to the airport, but it is not ina very safe part of town. The rooms are very small and not secure, I wouldn't want my wife by herself at this hotel.The is dog poop all around my room and the smell is awful.

The hotel is not in the nicest location in Phoenix but is of La Quinta quality. Great for business travel or the vacationer looking for a clean room, comfortable bed, average ammenities.

I had no idea that this hotel was so great. They upgrade all of their bathrooms and showers and put in brand new granite. I bet it was expensive for them but they found me to be another happy customer. their is not enough to say about this hotel in 300 words. first off, i checked in online and my room was already ready to use. i can use my internet access and it is not pricey like other hotels. the continental breakfast in the morning was to die for. the waffle tasted so good and fresh. If i were to go again i would most certainly pick this hotel. I got a great experience from this hotel. I also had 2 dogs with me and they loved the grassy courtyard, while i sat on the benches they had placed outside my dogs were enjoying the grass and palm trees. they also recently improved their excercise machine room. now it is amazing. glass windows in the front of the door, a big mirror to see yourself, a water fountain, a pepsi machine, and a candy machine. amazing hotel

I was there for a short trip, and location is very good. Very close to shopping, dining, Scottsdale, and the Airport. Highly recommend it.

The La Quinta Inn, Phoenix Airport North was a very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean, and smelled fresh. The staff was very courteous, and friendly. They were very helpful in hgetting me around town. This was my first visit to Phoenix, and i felt like i was at home. Great southern hospitality. Thank you very much for all your kindness. This type of place needs to be recoqnized, so all who need to make a reservation for phoenix should try out this hotel!!!

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very Spartan--the toilet paper and Kleenex were of low quality. This hotel was of a lower class and was quite a lot more Spartan than we would have liked. The location was not convenient and we had trouble finding it. It probably was fairly typical for a hotel of its class and there was nothing about it that offended us.

Excellent location. Staff was very slow to respond. Ok, may be for the business traveler (good for the student). My stay was one unfortunate incident from beginning to end. Arrived to find a Smoking Room (requested NS). Staff begrudgingly downgraded me to a NS room for that night. My next two nights were filled with a crazy whirlwind of nocturnal stomping from the room above. Not a restful place. Wouldn't recommend.

The location was great very easy to get around and see the sites. Love the pool and the room was always neat and clean when we got back. This was our first trip to Arizona. We were there for the Cubs spring training. We will come back again. Hopefully next year.
