Allowed pets, great location, room had everything we needed.Our housekeeper was wonderful, staff very helpful with directions/map of Miami. The staff was very helpful, they allowed pets, which was wonderful for us! The breakfast was extensive for an express meal. The hotel was clean, located conveniently to all areas of town, and our room had all the amenities (refrigerator, coffee pot, etc.) Our housekeeper, was wonderful working around out pets. We will definitely return!

"The room was excellent, well appointed, clean. Micro, fridge,coffee pot, great desk and chair with internet connection, recliner, very comfortable bed and extremely clean. Staff was terrific, both the airport transport and the desk. They even gave us a lift to a nearby restraunt free of charge. Great accomodations, terrific price!"

Ijust taued four days in thehotel it has a lot of advantages it is near malls, places to eat, near the airport and it is good for the price you pay. Breakfast is complimentary also internet.

We'd arrived at about 4pm to check-in. We were told there were no clean rooms available and that there were people waiting in front of us. The clerk's (only one working) plan was to temporarily put each group in one clean room so that we can drop off our luggages and we will get the rest of our rooms as they become available. Sounded like a workable plan even though it was late in the afternoon. We were checked in to our first room shortly after 5:30pm. I can understand having to wait a little when the hotel is busy but an hour and a half is ridiculous. In addtion, I was getting frustrated that the one working clerk kept dealing with people arriving after us and sending them off. After dropping off our luggages, we went to get dinner. After returning from our meal, we were told that there were no more non-smoking rooms. We (a pregnant women and a child in our group) would have to settle for a smoking room. It was after 9pm and I did not want to hunt for a different hotel. We were compensated $50 for our $100+ meal. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel the next time we cruise out of Miami. Upon reflection, I can forgive the long wait because things like that happen from time to time, but giving away our reserved non-smoking room because we went to dinner instead of waiting around the hotel is just not acceptable. I wonder if were were treated not as well because we booked for a lesser price through a online travel website.

The front desk staff was not friendly and bordered on extremely rude. No greeting, smile or "have a nice day". The room did not smell very good and the bathroom smelled like the toilet was about to back up. The only places to eat, within walking distance, are fast food. I would not stay here again.

Was in town to look for apartments, so I had to travel all over miami. The hotel was close to lots of highways that I had to jump on to get to different places, there are lots of food places to go to. The staff was courteous and understanding when they came to clean room if you weren't ready. Great room..good stay for your money.

Fast checkin and checkou, great shuttle service. Yapping dog next to our room, we moved immediately to new room. I called when I arrived at the airport and in 20 minutes the shuttle van was there. It was a fast check-in .Quiet night, we walked to a restaurant and gas station for supplies and went to bed. Next morning got the continental breakfast and called a taxi to the port of Miami.
