Excellent coffee -good continental breakfast. Room was not cleaned, hotel is a bit shabby overall. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was not clean, it appears as if they are trying to remodel - or at least I hope so. Carpets are very stained and hotel is although, overall clean, some what shabby in appearance.

This trip was to visit family and the location is very good. However, the hotel has some shortcomings. The "hi speed" internet is as slow as dial-up. The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. If you don't want waffles, you are out of luck. The maid service is slow and didn't get to my room till way past 2pm. On the good side, the desk staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is very good.

The pillows and the hair dryer and the breakfast. Friendly staff. Only one ice maker on the very bottom floor. Carpets in hallway very worn and dirty looking. Overall I really liked this hotel. The carpets in the hallway really gave a bad impression where everything else seemed clean. The staff referred me to a place to eat next door. Very convenient.

Actually there was very little to like. It was old, worn and gave the impression of not being clean. I would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone. I'm sure the hotel chain has other properties in better condition. This location needs updating.

When I arrived at the hotel at around 11:00am, I thought I would have a room ready for me. But there was not one room clean for me at 11am. Then when I got the room, it had a VERY bad oder to it. It semelled like the room may have flooded and they just tried to suck the water out of the carpet. Because the carpet was relly lumpy, not safe, and the room smelled like mildew really bad. So I went to the front desk and the woman appoligized and put me in another room. I was in room 207 and then transferred to rm 225. Then I tried to reach the desk at around 11pm but no answer, so I go down to the front desk and the woman had a few people in line and so I had to wait, which was out of her control, no problem. But I asked her to give me a wake up call at 5:30am and also have a taxi for me at 6am because my flight was leaving at 7:30am. So I got my wake up call and then I got downstairs around 5:55am and I asked the man at the desk if my taxi was ordered for that morning and he said a few taxi had already came for other people but I wasen't on the list for a 6am pick-up. So then I kind of paniced about the time issue and he ordered a new taxi right away and I got to the airport at around 6:45 am. Now as far as the structure of the hotel, well it looks like they are trying to save the building. On one occasion when I went to the elevator a part of the frame of the door to the evlvator had fallen off. Just fell off. It liiked to have been glued up but the glue must have wron out. So then later that night whenI went downstairs to give my wake up call I noticed the piece of frame had fallen agian, so i picked it up and took it to the front desk and told him they might want to drill it back on cause the glue ain't working. But other that those issues it was ok.

The hotel smelled musky and looked old. Our room had dirty walls, carpet, and shower curtain. Front desk personnel did not know about things nearby the hotel. Coffee pot was disgustingly dirty and breakfast fruit served was bad. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Overall, I rate this hotel just average. It was conveniently located for where I wanted to be while on my vacation and I got a price break on my stay. But if you want to be close to some type of action, this is not the place for you. I was shocked that I could not get extra coffee service in my room (creamer, sugar, etc) and had trouble getting my room cleaned. In a 4 night stay, I saw the maid once. She acted as if she was mad because I requested to have the bedding changed. There was one tiny little trash basket, which was inadequate. The hotel was apparently going through renovations, as the room across from mine was left open & had paint and carpet in it.

This was the worst Super 8 I've ever stayed. Being a single Mom of 2 I have to go economy, but the one thing I can not stand is dirty. When you walked into the front door there was this strange smell and it was through out the entire building. The beds all made you roll to the middle, and the worst part was bugs!! Yes, bugs. I've never actually stayed anywhere I actually seen a cock roach in the room before but now I can say I have. No one and I mean no one spoke any English, at all. We had a problem with the air conditioner the minute we arrived and when he was trying to explain how to operate it all I could do was nod. I still have no idea what he said. He got it going and we just didn't touch it the rest of the time. It was cheap and not all Super 8's are like this.

Breakfast with fruit, good assortment. Free wireless internet. Could hear "partiers" through adjoining door. Great location off 270. Great breakfast with good assortment--oatmeal, fruit, waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast! Did not have to walk a long way for parking. Easy to connect wireless internet connection.

Great staff- very clean- waffles for breakfast. Beds were awful- road noise- noisy neighbors. Great staff, clean rooms and very spacious for price. Economy furniture. Great breakfast and service.

Location. Room needs to be painted. Have stayed here before when it was the "baymont" and found the hotel to be about the same except for need to repaint room. I would stay here again if in the area because of the location and price.
