Price. They never left enough towels after cleaning. It is a VERY basic hotel. It was clean, but every day we got different number of towels ranging from 1 to 3, and there were 4 of us staying in the room. It was annoying to ask for more towels every day. Staff was helpful. The hotel was not expensive, so it is good for somebody who needs more than one room (like us) and wants to save money on lodging.

Hotel staff very helpfull and knowledgeable and friendly, hotel very clean. everything was very good. This hotel has a nice pool and serves a prety decent small breakfast that saved my party much needed morning time. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to our needs. House keeping did an excellent job and the place was very well kept. I would definately rate this hotel a 5 out of 5 for quality and bang for the buck.

The price. Would prefer 2 queens instead of 2 doubles. Clean & quiet - served the purpose of a 1 night stay for 3 adults - nothing special. I did like the bathroom set-up. The vanity was outside the bathroom and was bigger than most hotels.

Its location was so very convient to downtown Savannah and also to the shopping malls in midtown The highway noise was very loud when on the bottom floor also at the front of the Inn. On a whole it was okay, the furniture in the lobby was very dirty. In our room there were some repairs that needed to be done. Carpets in common areas was not as clean as it should have been. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would stay there again. Staff was very customer first.

The staff at check out wasn't helpful at all. The woman at the front desk refused to give me a bill to show that I did not have any outstanding charges on the room because I paid online. She kept quoting that she could not show me how much they actually discounted the room? I just wanted proof to show that I did not make any additional charges to the room for my records.

If you're visiting Savannah, this is a good value. But if you are traveling through the area on I-95, keep going! Directions to the hotel (2 La Quinta hotels on the same street!) don't mention that it is 10 miles off of I-95.

we vacationed here for our trip to savannah ga,clean rooms and the breakfast is nice,they have waffles,nice pool,located near mall and lots of restaurants,the trolley service they use will come to th hotel and bring you into the historic part of savannah,staff is great will make tour reservation for their guest!will stay again!

The staff was very friendly from the desk clerk, housekeeping, laundry, and breakfast people. There were no specific rooms for people with animals and I'm allergic. BIG turnoff. Hotel is ok. Breakfast was not so good. Good place for people with animals. Bad for people without.
