Very friendly staff - GREAT location for us - Very clean, nicely decorated lobby and rooms. Didn't find anything we didn't like about this hotel.

Great breakfast, nice front desk staff, amenities in rooms. Housekeeping staff didn't appear to be friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Love the refrig/micro in the spacious room. Nice breakfast, and pleasant dining area. Nice touch with cookies during the day, and availability to get milk for my child during the night. Have stayed here before, and will stay here again,

Allowing my two pugs in the room- very clean for being a pet friendly hotel. Everything was great. A beautiful hotel, great value, pets allowed, wonderful and helpful staff, great breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I will return again.

Room layout. Bigger in room desk. Good for one or 2 night stay. Bigger coffee in room and desk would be great need for longer stay.

Hotel was clean and located near many conveniences. Rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Only negative was the TV was outdated. I'm one that always reads the reviews before making my reservatons and did so in this case. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I was in Winston Salem for a week to care for a family member at Forsyth Hospital. The hospital is just down the way a bit, so the motel's location was perfect - right by lots of restaurants, the mall, next to a pharmacy, etc. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The grounds are nice and there's a pool and an exercise room, neither of which was ever crowded. The breakfast is pretty white-bread, but adequate. I found the management to be extra solicitous: on one occasion, my husband couldn't reach me by cell phone and so left a message at the desk. They put a hand-written note on my dresser, rather than doing the voice mail blinking red light thing that always triggers anxiety. Another day, friends sent a flower arrangement and again, they brought that to my room. I felt very safe and supported there. The only criticism I have is that the public computer was not working and didn't get fixed during that week. Otherwise, highly recommended.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed! I read other reviews that said the beds were very comfy and they were sooo right! The room was a good size - we had plenty of room to set up a pack-in-play for our youngest child. The free breakfast also includes a waffle maker. Everything was so nice and clean. This hotel is close to many roads, but I never heard any traffic noise. If we stay in Winston Salem again, we will definitely be staying here.
