OK for cleanliness, although the room had a funny smell to it. The service was generally good although a few of the staff came across on several occasions as very rude. The hotel did accomodate my requests however and were generally very helpful. The location is great and the included breakfast is very good. Overall, a good value for the money.

Excellent location: easy to find, close to Metro stop, on a quiet street adjacent to pedestrian shopping area.

The hotel is very clean and located close to Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, Plaza de Espana and all kinds of dining and shopping opportunities. However, it was disappointing to learn they did not offer the use of an iron & ironing board but would offer the ironing service for a fee.

Liabeny is in an excellent location close to Callao metro and a good base for spending time in Madrid
