Excellent hotel, facilities staff and rooms all of a high standard. Location was excellent for visiting Belvedere and just a short walk from the more central attractions.

Very good value for money Hotel nice location. The staff was more than happy to help with information about transportation, places to visit , restaurants etc. I would strongly recommend it

Very good location, 2 stops from the Ring, 3 min. away tram stop, 8 min. away metro stop direct to airport, ride 20 min. Very good breakfast. Large business room. Modern style furniture. Flat TV satelite channels. Good service. Free internet computer in lobby.

Hotel was clean. Check in desk was very friendly and offered to upgrade room for n/c. Restaurant service was very slow. Overall, it's a good deal for a family.

Confirmed early check in, room not ready. Checked in to room to find finger or toe nails on the floor. Talked to front desk asked for a different room and was told they would send house keeping to the room as no other rooms were available. The next day the room was not cleaned properly. The day after, it was not cleaned at all. I got fresh towels from front desk, who apologized but told me it was too late to do anything about it that day. I complained the next morning only to find the room unkempt when I returned that evening. They were not willing to fix. For the price, it was terribly dirty. The only redeming thing is the proximity to the ring road. It is within walking distance of the cathedral.
