This newly opened luxury Hotel, has been built by renovating a 1920 townhouse and transforming it into a modern Hotel with 57 rooms *bath or shower*, consisting of 49 doubles, 3 singles and 5 executive doubles. Some of them are non-smoking; three are specially designed for the needs and comforts of the disabled. One can appreciate their carefully selected furnishings in total harmony with the refreshing yellows and blues that represent the Hotel colors. All rooms are completely soundproof and offer the following facilities: Satellite TV Central A/C Direct telephone line PC-Internet connection wifi European and American outlets Individual safety deposit box Mini-bar. The bathrooms, preciously finished in marble are equipped with a hairdryer, telephone and towel heater. The staff has been carefully selected for its background, with experience in other similar Hotels. They welcome the guests with enthusiasm and meet every desire with professionalism, discretion and charm. They will immediately provide full service through their organizational skills. On request, the guests will find a limousine at the airport, ready to bring them without any complications to the Hotel. The receptionists will help them further by reserving tours, if one wishes even private ones; museum or concert tickets; tables in famous restaurants; advice on what shops, bars or discotheques are trendy. A day at the Ludovisi Palace Hotel starts with breakfast in bed, a glimpse at one*s favorite newspaper or a quick zap to the CNN channel as to inform oneself to the day*s events. Of course, if one prefers to linger to a more copious buffet, one descends to the breakfast lounge. It will be possible at teatime for a strong cup or an early aperitif, in the evening for an inviting cocktail. All our public areas have central air conditioning and are tastefully designed to make the guests* stay ever so agreeable. So, yes, it is our pleasure to do the ordinary in sheer elegance. The name of the Hotel has been inspired by its neighborhood. Indeed the Hotel is situated in front of the well-known Villa Ludovisi, constructed on the *Horti Sallustiani* during the first part of the 17th century for Cardinal Ludovico Ludovisi and his family. At the end of the 19th century, though, the Villa was completely destroyed. On its ruins, however, the whole district was entirely rebuilt. We sincerely hope to have stimulated your curiosity and it is with great anticipation that we are awaiting your very first reservation. We would like you, Madam, Sir, to accept our sincerest regards and offer an open door of hospitality.
