The room was very clean. The free breakfast was wonderful with everything from pastries to belgium waffles. This was our second stay at this hotel. We would stay again in a minute because of the clean rooms and friendly staff. Hotels with a few blocks and brand new were much less expensive. Had it been summer time, the children would have loved the pool. This hotel is immaculate and their is someone always there cleaning something.

My wife & I plus our two kids had none of the poor experiences. The room was very large, very clean, and had nearly a full kitchen. No pest problems whatsoever. The breakfast was a typical continental (pastries, cereal, coffee) plus waffles, biscuits & gravy, and one meat. And there were no "hidden" charges applied to us. It has a great outdoor pool, hot tub, and a "lazy river" for kids to float on with inner tubes that are provided for free. (Kids loved it.) There's also an indoor pool & fitness center, which we never used. It's centrally located in Pigeon Forge, but is actually about a quarter mile off the main drag on some farmland. So it's much more quiet than the other hotels in the area. My only complaint was that the Internet access was not great. It is wireless, but the signal was quite weak in our room. I often went to the lobby with my iBook. It worked fine there. Otherwise... what's not to like?

The breakfast buffet is always empty...plan on several trips just to get coffee and food. Also an additional ""pre-booking"" fee applies - plan on spending about $25.00 per day extra than what you pay

our reservations was mixed up and they would not fix it. they said they would get the manager to call, but he never did. room was smoking also, what a smell. it was such a huge disappointment for my children. the room had a pest problem. ants everywhere. i went to the front dest to report this and the clerk was asleep. what a nightmare, we spent practically the entire weekend trying to fix their problem and mix up. we would have went to another hotel if they would have been honest, and quit trying to put it off on the manager (who I dont think actually exits)
