Situated just off the Via Pisana which is main street running from the central railway station to Piazza Repubblica, the hotel is ideal for easy access to all of Milan's major attractions due to hotel's close proximity to the metro stop. This hotel is a very basic product however it is offers excellent value for money and is efficient and practical. It is ideal for travellers on a low budget. Laundry is changed every 3 days. R. C. 09/08. This is a traditional Italian palazzo which would benefit from a bit of a facelift. It is classic in style and was probably built at the turn of the century like most of the buildings in the area. The hotel has a very small reception area and consists of little more than a small desk and two chairs. The reception staff are friendly since this is a small family run hotel. The hotel has no restaurant but the breakfast room is situated on the ground floor and the hotel offers a basic continental breakfast. The rooms are basic but acceptable for a hotel of this category. In some rooms there are signs of peeling paint, nevertheless they are clean and tidy and practical rather than luxurious. There is no air-conditioning available in the hotel. 10 kms to the airport (linate), 2 kms to city centre, 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 40 kms to the airport (malpensa), 5 km to the nearest fair site (fiera campionaria), 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (r. g. y), Close to the station (stazione centrale(300 metres)).
