Very friendly staff, VERY clean and comfortable. Close to everything. Was in the middle of remodeling so restaurant and lounges was not open. Very good experience. Very comfortable accommodations, clean and close to everything in Bulkhead.

Great location with access to Marta! Construction. This was an excellent stay for this trip. I realize that the construction is only for the better. All in all this is a very clean andquiet hotel. The restaurant was a little pricy and short staffed.

The bed was comfortable. Good location. The heat did not work properly. For parking is a bit excessive. Especially since the rates are not cheap. Free wi-fi would have been nice. Other than a lack of heat, the room was nice.

Location, only the location. It was definitely not a 3 star hotel! Outdated, rundown, poorly managed, not a 3 star hotel! The hotel is in an excellent location of bulkhead, nothing else positive to mention.

It was clean and comfortable. Extremely overpriced. When you have to pay $15. Per night to park there, $9.95 per night to use the internet, $26.95 for a small rib eye steak in a restaurant that had no more than 2 other people dining there at any one time and $11.00 for a simple breakfast. $5. For a beer at the bar. This is certainly not a hotel for the business traveler who travels every other week. The excessive charges do not match the star rating.

It was our wedding weekend for my Fiance and I, and my first visit to Atlanta. When I got to the hotel, I was impressed with the welcoming staff and clean lobby. After checking in, I proceeded to my room and I was relieved that the room was clean and cool considering the high temperatures outside. After a few hours, spent touring the lovely city, we got back and noticed that the AC was broken, and it was a relief that we were going out on the town with friends that night, however when we came back, the temperature outside was not so different as the temperature in our room. Fast forward, the entire weekend at the hotel was uncomfortably warm and unfortunately there was nothing even the staff could do to help this unbearable situation. There was no ice machine on our floor and the one below ours, my poor fiance had to the second floor and it is not something you want to see a loved one do on vacation at that. I did not sleep much because of the heat the morning of my wedding ceremony and I was really glad to leave and head home to Toronto. I really hope that the hotel can invest in a better HVAC system. I loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel but the above mentioned issue, is enough to make us think twice about staying there again. Thank you.

Closet. Construction. A nice hotel, though under construction, for renovations you could tell it will be even better when it's finished. Paying for parking was unexpected though understood.

Absolutely nothing. Pool under construction, entire hotel under construction, air conditioning broken, many vending machines/ice machines broken, unhelpful staff. Very misleading in the accommodations- did not mention that hotel was under construction, pool was closed, restaurant and bar closed, air conditioning broken, vending machines and ice machines broken except on one floor, unhelpful staff, insecure premises, etc.

Across from the mall. Hotel check in/out. Front seek service, the girl spoke very bad English. Checking out, she over looked me after a long wait and went to wait on others. Very bad customer service.

The kids loved the pool with the beautiful fountains and levels. No complimentary breakfast. This is a beautiful hotel close to the Lenox Mall and only a few minutes to Scottish Rite Children's Hospital where we had to go. The rooms are very comfortable with great beds. The children loved the pool with the different levels and fountains.

Wonderful hotel, facilites and room-wise. Quiet. Terrible $15 parking fee per car in hotel garage. 10 minute wait for parking attendant. Would not deliver towels...had to get them myself from front desk. Fitness center in great solarium over pool but no steam room or sauna.Website says fitness center open 24 hours, but really 6-10 or something like that. Nice gift shop/convenience store with lots of Starbuck's selections. Comfortable room temperature. Hassle to enter/leave hotel due to traffic loading and unloading and valet.

i stayed in room 436. The window faced the parking deck-not exactly peaceful and quiet--but, I did sleep. The bathroom had pink mold--otherwise known as Serratia --a bacteria. This was most unfortunate and likely due to the very bad moulding job/repair. The bathroom also had a modreate foul odor-like bad plumbing.
I did not use the shower. It was late, I was tired --12 hours on the road.
The room did not have an odor. The bed and bedding was very nice.

We visited in July 07. The room was clean. The only thing I was dissapointed with was the balcony view. we will visit Atl many more times and will probably return to this hotel.

I was there for the Atlanta Pride Fest and this was an awsome hotel there where a few things that could be fixed but nothing that was big enough to ruin my trip and the Front Desk was exstreamly quick to help with anything I needed plus this hotel is right acrossed from the Lynox Mall and within walking distance of 2 Marta Subway Stations so it was easy to get around I will deffently be staying here again and sugesting it to everyone I know

Very Comfortable beds. No free newspaper. Bottled water was in room but there was a charge if you drank it. Seemed cheese for class of hotel. $15.00/day for parking! Old, but nice.

Very good location. Parking facility is overpriced, incidentals like water overpriced. Overall a good facility. Outdoors pool is a plus. Restaurant a little sterile in look compared to all surrounding establishments.

The room was recently renovated and was clean. Construction - There was no lobby due to major hotel construction. We the exception of the construction that is a temporarily issue, our experience with this hotel was a good one. I can't wait to tell about the terrible hotel that we are staying for 6 nights in Tampa bay.

The beds! Dinner in the restaurant was also very good. We were the last room in the terrace level (basement) with a view of the parking garage. I had an enjoyable stay. The staff was good in particularly a shuttle driver in the evenings. Would definitely stay there again. Hopefully with an upstairs room next time.

Room decor. Construction. Entering the hotel was very unsafe. This hotel is going to be after the construction is finished. It took us an hour to check in because the guy was under pressure I guess because so many people were trying to check in.

Location. The hotel is not being maintained to it's standards. I have stayed at this and other Sheraton Hotels in the past. My experience this time was completely unsatisfactory and I did not enjoy my stay. The hotel is generally rundown, poorly maintained, and a parking garage that has some safety challenges.

Nice setting and comfortable bed. 15.00 for parking---that was too high! The hotel was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean, but I was upset to have to pay 15.00 for parking. Other than the parking fee, the stay was satisfactory.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The construction and not being notified it was occurring. The hotel was under construction during our stay. It will be great when its done, but I couldn't stay there again until then. Room service tried to tell us there were no longer serving breakfast; however, all of the literature said they should be serving for another hour. Contacted the front desk and they took care of the problem. Internet access was free, but wireless was not available. Bed was comfortable with new linens.

The rooms are updated and have an extra touch like the quilt on the bed. The signage was hard to read--especially at night. We were there only one night, but it was a pleasant experience. We ordered room service and it was good and hot. The entrance is a bit weird, on a downhill, but the rooms were nicely done.

Good value for money, good location, great pool. The air condition did not work - we roasted all night ¿ miserable! The Sheraton Buck head is an overall good value for the money. It's a bit older and shabbier than others in the area but if you are look for a "cheap and cheerful" hotel located in the heart of shopping, dining, etc., I'd recommend it. We ordered room service for a late night snack. The restaurant manager was extremely polite and friendly. Though the price was naturally outrageous for room service, we did feel that it was good quality food. The main complaint we had was that the air conditioning didn't work. The room never cooled down and as a result, we had problems sleeping. Though we never quite made it down to the pool, it is a real bonus feature of the hotel. It's not your average hotel pool but has several "levels/areas" for you to relax and is complete with a pretty fountain feature. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to rejuvenate their batteries after a trip to Lennox Square and Phipps Mall.

The shuttle service to area attractions is a great idea. We had to kill a large cockroach and a spider on our second night and couldn't sleep after that!
