Super location. Construction caused several false fire alarms - we were on the 37th floor!

The location of this hotel was perfect. Too few restaurant selections. This hotel was fantastic. The check-in was fast and the staff was very helpful. Four elevators allowed for quick travel from the lobby to the room. The rooms were small but didn't feel cramped, with large flat panel televisions and very comfortable beds. I stayed on the 7th floor and still had a nice view of the street. Room service was a bit pricy but the food was fine and they brought it to me very quickly.

Hotel was very clean and convenient, next to a mall, and shopping market and restaurants. Hotel had a murder on the 20th floor, I was alone a lot and therefore very scared. The hotel was great with directions and attractions in the area. I was visiting the area colleges. I felt that the parking was expensive. I was happy to be near a supermarket Shaw's and near a pizza kitchen, which made it easy for us to feed our young adults.

Location was terrific. Parking was expensive. This was a last minute trip and we were thrilled to secure a terrific room in an awesome location for our stay! This was our first experience, and we would definitely book again!

There was so much to do around the hotel as well as in the area. I was impressed with the Marriott Copley Hotel, its surrounding stores and the area in which it is located. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues, relatives and friends.

We stay here every year for my son's birthday. The hotel is connected to the Prudential Center, Copley Place, and the T Orange and green lines. Their pool is great, and so is their food. The rooms are incredible. I'd certainly stay again!

The hotel has a great location adjacent to two shopping centers. I never had to eat in the same place twice and I stayed for almost a week. There was also a grocery store across the street that was very convienent to get medicine at when I got sick. The subway was also right outside. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Would strongly recommend to anyone. I suggest not eating in the hotel because the places in the mall to eat were really good and really cheap.

This hotel is in easy walking distance to most art, historical, shopping and restaurant sites as well as near a subway for sites farther away. The concierge service was particularly helpful. Our room was clean and large. It can be difficult to cross the busy streets surrounding the hotel, but we realized the skywalk allowed us to avoid the busy streets. The subway can be reached without going outside. This large, busy hotel may not appeal to someone seeking an intimate, sedate environment--but for us it was great.

My niece and I stayed here for a trip to Boston, and really liked the friendly staff, the convenient location and quick access to the T. They were out of rooms with double beds, but gave us a huge corner room with a king bed and excellent view.

Location. Part were under construction, slow elevators. Excellent location in downtown Boston. Connected to the Prudential Shops and close to major attractions. Currently they are doing up grades to the facilities so expect a freshened up look in the coming months.

Good location. No in room coffee. The cost for parking was too much. Room was clean and comfortable but unspectacular. The in house restaurant was packed the night I stayed. Pleasant staff.

Clean and the view. Hotel staff were very friendly and genuine. Room was clean but I could not rate it highly because I was awake all night listening to the toilets along the line flush. I could hear the pipes from the other rooms as if they were flushing in my own room. Verynoisy and it had nothing to do at 2am with the construction under way on the 2nd floor. I was on the 25th.

It is a very good hotel overall and we think the location is excellent. The carpets need to cleaned more frequently. I think this is a problem with most hotels. We have stayed in 6 different hotels in the Boston area and think this Marriott is the best. The room was very good for cleanliness and condition of the bed, furniture, walls etc. I would clean the carpets more frequently and replace sooner. I think this is what often separates a good from excellent hotel along with the condition of the walls.
