Staff did not explain the parking procedure very well or where it would be best to park to be closest to room. The outdoor pool was very nice and our room had a door going out to the courtyard. The ice machine near our wing was broken and the vending machines were limited to 1 except for soda machines. Upon entering the room, it smelled musty and the towels and bedcovers with slightly damp and humid. We turned the air down all the way but it never got overly cold in room.

Hotel charges for parking and internet, feels tired. A full-service hotel, and you still pay for parking, internet, breakfast. I expect more when staying in starred hotels - until hotel chains figure this out, I will opt to stay in their mid-brands.

Very nice hotel. The shuttle picked us up from the airport. They also offer a free shuttle to a fine italian dining restaurant. It a pretty pricey but very good. The only complaint we had was the pool was very cold. It was a chilly summer night, but it was so cold the kids wouldn't get in. Overall very nice, friendly staff, good location from airport. We will stay again.

The bed was great and I really like the brand of toiletries they use. Parking was aweful, hotel is old and dirty and bathtub needs to be replaced. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, then this is the place! The bed was great. However, if you are looking to relax and spend time in your room, don't even bother! The room is very small, the bathtub is dirty and needs to be replaced and the Hotel overall just needs to be revamped. The elevator smelled like dirty dogs and had no ventilation and the parking situation is quite bad. It is ahuge hotel and serves its purpose.

We had a great time at this hotel. Close to the Arch and other fun stuff to do. They had a resturant in the hotel which was great and 3 pools Awesome we will for sure return to this hotel.

Easy to get on, and off the interstate. A prom, and wedding going on that night. The wedding reception was very loud. It was right under our room , 8 floors. Staff nice. Loved the king size bed.

The location was very convenient and you could travel to many places within 15 or less. Parking was awful. I kept having to ask for towels. The hotel looked nice. Parking was very limited and card key did not work all of the time. I did not feel safe parking in the back and walking at night. Waited 20 minutes for service in the restaurant and had to find someone to take my order. Housekeeping cleaned the room well but forgot to replace the towels they took which were left on the floor as directed. Builders did an awful job on sound proofing (acoustical). I could hear the couple in the next room arguing and screaming constantly for hours (12 am - 2 am) and could not rest. I probably would not stay at this particular hotel again if something nearby was available. Couldn't rest and ruined my anniversary.

The location to the airport. The noise level from the other rooms. Overall, it was a nice room and close to the airport. There were a lot of activities going on and noise traveled up and down the halls.

It was extremely clean and attractive but the room was smaller than expected. For an airport hotel, it is not good for leaving your car to go on a trip.

Hotel was not exceptional but was a good value- reasonably sized room, well maintained and clean. Close proximity to airport and rental cars. Nothing is really within walking distance. Only complaint is with respect to parking. You cannot just park your car and check in. You must park in a temporary spot to get your door key to get in parking lot.

The employees where very nice and helpful. It was not located to a lot of eating places. I would stay here again if in the area it was very clean and pleasant.

Very clean and pleasant property. Have stayed here several times and enjoyed the convenience of this location near the airport. The new bedding is super comfortable! Often a king bed isn't at other hotels.

The hotel was good. The highlight was definitely the bar/restaurant. Great food and the waitress was willing to make anything we needed. All of our martini's were great. The pool was sad. The hot tub was closed and the whole thing just looked a bit let go. Didn't have a chance to use the fitness room but it was much larger than most at hotels. Looked good. Room was clean and good. Sheets had a small whole in it but other than that it was good. If you are looking to stay near the airport it's VERY close.

How unfortunate that an established chain like Marriott resorts to double charging guests for internet use and cannot manage to have the room attended before 4pm. I left my room after 3 hours of internet use at 5am. Upon my return at 4pm, the television(I had not watched) was on, the bed unmade, and no cleaning had been accomplished. No staff were in sight. Upon checkout I learned I had been charged for 48hrs of internet use. No resolution at the desk and little interest in such a poor customer service experience, I simply resolve to not stay at Marriott again.

We went for daughter's cheerleading competition just as ice storm was expected to move into St Louis. Room was nice, restaurant was mediocre, expensive, with terribly long wait for food, but very nice waitress. Pool was TINY, but my kids LOVED IT. Once the masses of screaming kids left the pool, my kids really enjoyed it. Before that, they loved swimming under the divider and outside to the outdoor section of the pool. Even in the ice storm and frigid temps, they loved being in the very quiet, very heated pool outside. We will stay again, but would LOVE queen beds instead of full size beds.

Good location, very clean hotel, good food. Room's temp control not working, never fixed. Seemed a bit poorly managed, going downhill in quality / service. Good location, very clean hotel. Our room's temperature control / air conditioner was not working, so it was very stuffy and too warm for the first two days. Also, long after maid service was finished and I was sleeping, the maid came into the room while I was in bed to punch the room - to dial a number on our phone to indicate the room was finished. Room service food was very good. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness, but it seemed poorly managed, maybe going downhill a bit.

The bed and linens were nice. Rooms small, and charge for basics like wireless. Vastly overpriced. The rooms were small and not very soundproofed. They charge for amenities like wireless internet, parking and local calls that cheaper hotels provide free of charge.

Very clean and quiet. Parking was $8 per day. I was very pleased with the hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was helpful. The location is convenient to the airport and to the St. Charles area.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff was extremely nice and very helpful. For one person the size of the room would be fine but for two it was a bit small. Did not like the $9 parking fee.

The bed was very comfy. The room and bathroom were too small. I was not really impressed with this hotel. The room was small and the bathroom was very small. No free Wi-Fi; no free breakfast; no free parking; no free anything! The pool area was pretty cool, but there were so many people using it that you really could not get in.

Convenience to airport and the staff. Dated rooms an old facility. Friendly staff, the room is way too small, the bathroom needs updated, towels are damp not dry, old hotel has updated for the final time I hope.

"beds are great! Executive rooms are great. We had a couple of issues such as king bed booked, got doubles (corrected), tv control didn't work, they brought us a new one in about 5 minutes of the call. Staff all very nice & helpful. "

Fast elevators, helpful front desk. No free WiFi. This is a very old hotel. Starting to show some aging,only Marriot could keep it up this long and in such good condition.

Noise, music after 12:00 pm in ballroom under our room. Except for the night we loss sleep due to loud music, hotel was good. But this bad night ruin our next day.
