Modern hotel with deluxe pool and fitness facility. First class staff very friendly, took the extra step by sending my wife a birthday card. Clean room. Great value. Will definately return next year!!!

Location, staff. Rooms, cleanliness, tired property. Location is ok, there is a lot of stores, restaurants and malls, nearby. Rooms are small & outdated. Rooms are unusually small for a suburban property. I've seen cleaner rooms... The A/C in our room did not cool our room properly. The bed itself was great. The view from our room was of a parking lot. Public areas are old and tired, there's no a/c in the hallways and in the elevators. They place is in need of renovations. The staff was nice and friendly. Parking is ample and free.

The rooms were very comfortable. Staff friendly. Lobby was being remodeled; however the hotel did a good job of working around this problem. Great stay! Good location, easy to find, lots of good places to eat and shop near by, nice pool and hot tub area. Would stay there again!

Very Nice, held the appeal for a larger hotel, not a small economy. Their Airport Shuttle didn't leave until 5:45 and I had to leave at 4:30. Excellent, excellent, excellent. I loved everything about the hotel (beds were EXTREMELY comfortable), except for the fact that the shuttle didn't leave at the time I needed it to.

A complete first class hotel. Prices in the restaurant were ridiculous--too high. A first class hotel experience. The prices reflect the fact that Marriott thinks you need to pay a lot for this experience. Thanks, we were able to stay first class at a moderate price.

Convenience; efficient friendly staff; very comfortable beds! Free use of computers! Fitness room off pool area; small pool. Easy! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Excellent food in dining room; room was very comfortable. Hotel did show some wear, but clean.

The bed was incredible! I felt like I was sleeping on Marshmallows! So delicious! Not a thing! Lovely hotel, one of the nicest in that part of Albany. It has something for everyone i.e.. pool, fitness center, business center, lounge, and restaurant. The staff from the front desk to guest services were very friendly.

great pool and restaurants beds were way too soft The hotel staff did mention the discount room, but this doesn't bother me, I'm always happy to save money. The pool and hot tub were great and the hotel was very nice.

The hotel was lovely, luxurious, very clean, and the service was excellent. I cannot. Our experience at the Marriott in Albany was a totally enjoyable experience. We felt extremely special, and were treated that way. The room was beautiful, the comforters on the bed were beautiful, and the hotel was very clean. We had a wonderful stay, and would go back any time. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

Have stayed at this hotel before and have never been treated as I was on 10/12/07.I represent a non profit, tax exempt org. who has held conferences at this hotel.Had the usual form which has always been accepted .I was told it would not be because the hotel had been ""audited"". After speaking with the manager at 5:30 p.m., I was told I would have to pay cash .A credit card or check was unaccetavble . For the first time career, I paid cash for a hotel room. Marriott, Albany neither I or my organization will return... unfriendly, officious manager. Pool filthy.!

Although I only stayed here one night, I would definitely come back. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the staff helpful. Nice exercise room as well.

Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, clean, friendly service! Can't think of anything. Beautiful hotel. Elegant entry, lobby and rooms very nicely decorated as well as extremely comfortable! The pool and exercise area are great and the restaurant and bar looked very nice though we didn't have a chance to try them. Wish we could have stayed longer!
