The staff was wonderful. The shower did not look like it had been cleaned well the vent in the shower hadn't been cleaned in months. Overall our stay was great. Again the bathroom could have been cleaned better.

Hotel has been updated. Computers to print boarding pass were down. I have stayed here many times. The rooms and lobby have been recently updated. Good job. Computers in the business center did not function

Very nice for the money. The location of the toilet paper holder, and some trouble with the TV. It was very nice. Would love to come again for a happier occasion. Was there for a funeral. It did help with the emotions. It was very relaxing. Would like to come back again.

Great value and nice location. Charged us for movies and never watched any they did take it off our bill. Have stayed at this location before and is nice and safe, but always mess up bill some how. Never have refrigerator have to request one.

Very comfortable bed and name brand shower goodies. The pillow situation was lacking, too soft or too hard. The hotel was very nice, well worth the price we got, but we were very upset when we were charged AGAIN by the hotel.

The service was great. The bed was way too soft, it hurt my back and neck and I'm only 21. This hotel was very nice, clean and very much what you would visually expect from a 3.5 star hotel. The service was great. My only complaints are that the bed was far too soft too be comfortable and the walls are a little thin.

Very attractive and clean. Indoor pool was being repainted and not usable. A complimentary breakfast would be nice. Very clean and attractive. Staff was very friendly.

Very clean and staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area. It was also very close to everything so it made it very easy to get to even though I was from out of town.

The hotel is in a great location. really close to the woodfield mall and a whole lot of restaurants and bars. The rooms are avg size. nice comfortable beds and nice flat screen tv's. The bathroom is avg.. workout room is good for a hotel. large and new equipment. the only thing on this trip that was disappointing was house keeping. One day we called to have our room made up at 11am, when we returned to the room at 2pm it was still notdone, we had to call again and it took them another 1.5 hours to get this done.

Amazing room! My boyfriend & I stayed here for a shopping trip, and enjoyed everything about our stay! Great room, super clean, and wonderfully comfy bed! We were on a private-access floor which made for a quiet stay. The television was great and room was comfortable. We ordered room service, which was prompt and delicious. My only gripe is the lack of water pressure in the shower!

Also, we managed to leave a cell phone behind, and the staff located it (the day AFTER we checked out) and is mailing it to us. Thanks Marriott!!!

The Marriott has done a great job with all the remodeling. I was very happy with the new bedding package and over all look of the room. Very nice bathroom amenties. Will stay again.

The beds and pillows. They put us in a room on the 8th floor. This hotel, I thought was a very nice, convenient for shopping, had very nice amenities, and all for a very decent price for us.

The bed was great. Great location in Schaumburg, close to quality shopping and good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the bed was the best of any hotel we have stayed in.

The weather was nice. The rooms were very tiny and the bar was outrageously expensive. The pool areas, both indoors and outdoors were overcrowded, the rooms were very small, the bar was very expensive, and the location was poor. The whirlpool was also very small and there was basically a waiting line to use it. The restroom near the pool was locked for nearly the entire time of our stay. There is also really nothing within walking distance of the hotel.

I loved the comfy bed it was superb after a long and strenuous week. The pool was old and needed a new look and some new facilities. This hotel is tucked away. Makes a great romantic getaway or a central place to do business. First class rooms and mediocre dining will keep you comfortable. The pool is a little long in the tooth but the hot tub is a nice getaway. I really enjoyed watching TV at this hotel on the 32" flat screen in the room with a good selection of channels.

Clean and easy access. Updated facilities. The hotel is convenient to the mall and a myriad of restaurants. There is cold water in the lobby which is a plus. One of our rooms even had a mini fridge. The hotel has attractive lobby areas, as well as attractive furnishings in the rooms.
