The beds were wonderfully comfortable! View out the window was to a rooftop. Fabulous stay if you need an overnight near Heathrow. I would stay hear again! Very convenient to public transportation too.

Good toiletries, shower, efficient check-in. Room quiet. Smoky lobby. It's an okay hotel but I like other nearby hotels, like the Sheraton next door, better.

Lovely room great beds, just need to get faster!!We stayed at the marriot from flying in from Italy and out again to Dubai (where we live) early the next morning.Room was excellent, lovely colours, wonderful beds, lots of space in the family room.It just let itself down badly with the food and the restaurants, food was overpriced and took so long to arrive we ate in the american restaurant allies grill i think it was called, waited ten minutes for a menu, had to grab someone ten minutes later to take the order, the waiter as sweet as he was was just so slow, when you are eating with 2 kids you just want to get in and out very quickly before you annoy people, waited 15 minutes for the bill, 2 older ladies on the table next to us advised us to just walk out as it was taking so long!We had only ordered one childs meal and 2 drinks.Stay at this hotel, enjoy the rooms, the wonderful porters, the lovely beds, the lovely lobby, just eat outside the hotel.

This is a great hotel. Loved staying here. Food in the bar was not great, but I know from previous experience that the restaurants have great food. This was a bargain, knowing what the usual rack-rate is at this hotel.

Excellent beds and room in general. Very luxurious and quiet. Would like to have complementary breakfast. Excellent beds, good staff at check in. Nice to have free newspaper. Room was quiet and luxurious. Nice baths and amenities. Would have like to have complementary breakfast.

1st class quality, great dining and quiet that met all of my needs close to Heathrow for my 8:00 am flight departure. Takes sometime to find due to slow airport hotel buses - next time I'd take a cab. Updated 1st class 4* hotel exceeded all of my expectations for an airport hotel. Hair dryer, iron & luxurious toiletries provided. Excellent hotel restaurants and convenient to Heathrow. I will always stay at this hotel. Easy to get to and from Heathrow, however, allow extra time if you're using the bus transportation.

One of the very best Marriott Hotels. Check In slow. This is an ultra modern, very well maintained spacious hotel. The staff tries very hard and is very friendly. The rooms are extremely clean and look great.

typical airport hotel staff somewhat indifferant with little personality, The room was clean and well maintained, the restuarant food was very good and the meal was well presented. Bar drinks were overpriced.
