I would recommend this Hotel. I normally stay at Hotels several times a year and Marriot is one of my favorite chains. The beds are the best I've experienced in the industry. If breakfast were free, particularly when I travel with my family, I would stay more often. I am well pleased that the Hotels are 100% smoke free and as always, clean.

In the area for a concert in Camden NJ. Hotel a little dated on the exterior but pleasantly surprised as soon as we entered the front doors. Full service hotel, lovely lobby with complimentary snacks and drinks, good coffee in the morning. Front desk staff very helpful and polite. Dining a little expensive but the food was good. The room was clean, bed was like sleeping on a cloud, bathroom clean with Bath & Body Works toiletries. Very quiet considering how close you are to the road.

Nice at the front desk. Room was too hot/no fan in bathroom. We set the room temperature on 50 and it was unbelievably HOT. I only slept about 3 hours. NO fan in the bathroom. Water was dripping off ceiling from heat of shower. Breakfast buffet was the worst I have ever tasted. I asked the server for water and didn't get any and never saw him after he brought my husband's tea. So bad, even my husband could not eat it. Sausage tasted like it was a week old.

Freshly redecorated rooms with excellent mattresses. Ugly 1970s building under renovation at lobby level. Excellent value. The architecture and design are very dated (early 1970s?) But the rooms have been redone and the beds are excellent. The area is convenient provided you have a car, and the newly redecorated restaurant is attractive though I did not eat there.

We liked the internet access in the room. The first room we checked into had several areas of vomit on the carpet. Overall, I would rate this hotel very poor. The staff (particularly, the front desk) could best be described as intimidating...The rooms were not clean and location on Rt. 73 is pathetic. I expected much more from a "3 star" hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The time of staying at that hotel was inconvenient. During our stay, there was construction at the hotel. Although our room was on the 4th floor, there were men on a scaffold that were outside our room so we had to close our curtains. We were not alerted of this by the hotel so it was very disruptive and annoying.

No internet, although advertised. Half hour away frooom Philadelphia! A nice hotel situated in a really inconvenient area! This hotel IS NOT a Philadelphia hotel. It is over a half hour drive on expressways out of Philadelphia!

It had a water park for an extra fee inside if you wanted to partake. It was too far from our destination in another state. There were several tolls totaling $15.00 each way from our destination. Which was costly for us. It was clean. The staff was okay but not overly friendly. There was a new employee that was border line of giving me an attitude when she started to charge my card for my stay. We asked for coffee cups for our room. An hour later we had to go down and get them ourselves. We were told we did not have a microwave in our room, but when we got up there we did. There was no coffee pot in room. The staff seemed uninformed. The hotel was clean.

Very convenient, easy to find, within sight distance of Philadelphia. Room or furnishings worn. Staff not very accommodating, went to Wyndham next door to swim and staff was very friendly. No indoor pool, kids were disappointed that they could not swim, when asked if there was another hotel nearby that we could use for swimming staff said I dont know. Rooms were very worn and definitely not up to the standard of other Radissons that I have stayed at.

Very convenient location right off NJ Turnpike; spacious, well-appointed room Coffee-maker was a type I have never seen before and I couldn't get good coffee from it. Pleasant, medium-rise hotel, exceeded my expectations. Check in staff very cheerful and professional. Hotel looks sort of sixties institutional from the outside, surprisingly good inside. Hallways and rooms exceed average three star (admittedly, I was upgraded without charge to Concierge level.) Very convenient location right off NJ Turnpike; straight and easy shot both to Philadelphia and to Atlantic City about an hour away. If you don't mind that commute, a good place to enjoy both very comfortable accommodations and AC on a Saturday night for a fraction of what Saturday night AC prices would be for anything comfortable. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Only negative was that the coffee-maker was a type I have never seen before and I couldn't get good coffee from it despite the fact I think I got the instructions right.

Nice surroundings. A little bit far from city center. Marriott Mt. Laurel is a good hotel, and they gave us courtesy shuttle to the nearest commuter station. There is a nice middle class residential area, so safe and cheap to stay. However, we couldn't expect city night life there.

Newly remodeled. Rooms nicely appointed. Shower hot/cold reversed from labels. The renovation is nearly complete. When done, it will include an indoor water park that should be a great attraction for families. I would have preferred the complimentary breakfast offered by so many other hotels rather than the breakfast buffet at about $14. Those type breakfasts are fine for upscale hotels or ones situated in the city; but, not for what is essentially a motel. Overall a very nice place that I would recommend to my friends and business associates.

I can't think of anything outstandingly positive. Only one small elevator. Room smelled like smoke. My experience was less than spectacular. When I travel I typically hope to stay in a Westin or Marriott, but this Marriott was the worst I've stayed in. There were two small elevators and one was out of order so the wait was very long. To help this issue the staff suggested we use the service elevator, which wasn't a great solution as far as I was concerned. The hotel is attached to an indoor water park so there were a lot of kids running around the halls even at 10pm on a Sunday night. The room smelled like smoke despite the room being non-smoking. For the price I paid it was acceptable, but in the future, I hope to not have to stay at this hotel again.

Good location for Philly. Not enough parking due renovations. I had to cancel one room, because its door was locked and would not open after many tries by the hotel management. They accommodated us in one room. Sent us complimentary breakfast and coffee. Told us that they will charge only for one room, but so far I did not see any refund.

Ample free parking, close to main roads away from congestion, nice beds. Outdated decor, weird night staff, poor temperature control in room. Arrived late (around midnight) and the front desk staff person was ostensibly friendly, but overly inquisitive and awkward. The lobby is attractive and modern. Rooms and hallways had an outdated decor (80s style). Bathroom looked modern and renovated. Temperature control in room was poor - room was overly warm and humid and the AC unit did not work properly. Bed is very comfortable. Morning front desk staff was friendly.

2 bottles of water in room, and more if you wanted them! Our doors had a lot of fingerprints on them. Hotel was an older hotel, but well taken care of. Nice lobby. One of the most comfortable beds/sheets I've ever slept in. Loud drunk college or high school kids acting obscene. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Philadelphia en route to NYC. It was easy to find but check in as always took way too long. Once in the room all was fine and the beds were very comfortable, a big plus. The main problem I had with this one was worrying about our vehicle and the valuables inside it and the unsavory characters in the hallway.

Friendly, clean and newness. Heat. Did not sleep the 2 nights. The hotel was great. So, although a distance from our place of work we selected the hotel for name. But the heat killed us. We woke up in the middle of the night and in the morning needing headache and migraine medicine caused by the excessive heat in the room. The front desk staff was not helpful and the rooms were not on a 3.5 star level. Upon checking in they were not able to find my reservation. Once they did find them, they said they did not have any king size beds left even though it was very early in the afternoon. The couple that came in after me was offered a choice of beds. They had no apologies for taking so long at the check in. The rooms were very noisy. You could hear everything that goes on next door. It feels as though other people are in your room. The age of the hotel showed. The rooms were not as comfortable or visually appealing as most Marriott. There were only parking spots at the side of the building, but no side entrances. We had to carry our things all the way to the front and then walk to the back of the hotel from inside. I was disappointed with the hotel.

Very spacious room, free wireless internet, free parking. Location. My navigation, Garmin, could not recognize Mount Laurel. It deferred my arrival almost an hour, but hotel staff explained me very kindly. Room is very spacious and comfortable. I recommend staying here.

Would have preferred 2 queen sized beds rather than 2 full size beds.

Nice pool, friendly staff. The shooting in the parking lot and subsequent police investigation at 4:30 am. Nice hotel aside from the gun shots and the police banging on our door at 4:30 in the morning with nothing from the staff or hotel to say that everything was under control. Just keep you head down when going too and from the car!

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The exit of the hotel is only one way. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to other's.

Very pleasant accommodations. Staff was helpful in locating a local store for me (left part of my tuxedo outfit at home). Previous guest left alarm clock set in my room for 5 A.M. and woke me up. Housekeeping staff should check and prevent from happening! Excellent room and staff. Good location. I got scared when I read the reviews of other guests and found them to be quite off base.

The room was 2 1/2 stars...at best. Cheap, bathroom had several handy man below average repairs I was in and out on one night. I didn't have a chance to suvey the hotel. I stayed for the room and I was disappointed in the 3 star rating. My sleep was restless. The various noises keep me awake on this Monday night. I expect this experience from a 2 - 21/2 star hotel.

When ever we had a problem, the staff was quick to take care of it. It did not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room. The Marriott was a very nice hotel. The room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The room did not have a microwave or refrigerator, but it did have a coffee pot. They were doing some renovations on the elevators so only 1 was working, and it was small. They had a sign saying your were allowed to use the freight elevator, but its location was not marked so you could find it. We ended up using the stairs once the luggage was in our room since we were on the 4th floor. It was a whole lot faster. The main gripe I have is that we were gone from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and would get back and housekeeping had not gotten to our room. I don't know if they were understaffed or what the reason was. We basically just told them, when they did arrive, to exchange towels and glasses and forget the rest. They also had real glasses and coffee cups. Thats a plus. We were using the iron, hair dryer , and TV all at the same time and the power went off. My husband ran down and told them about it and a maintenance person was there in no time to help. The breaker had blown. They have a water park attached to the hotel. There were lots of families and children there. I thought it would be really noisy, but by 10:00 pm everything was quiet. Over all I liked the hotel. I thought getting there was a pain. I am not from NJ and don't like how they have their roads laid out.

It was convenient for what we needed. The bed was great. The rooms were small and the pool wasn't anything great. It is convenient to many major roads. The bed is very comfortable, however the room was small and the pool wasn't anything great.

The employees were very nice and friendly. Not up to Marriots normal standards, worn and old. It is just old. I passed a normal room and it was much nicer. The bed was very comfy though and the wonderful staff was a breath of fresh air.

The rooms were clean and nice and comfortable. Bathroom was clean like new! I was on crutches and the doors and elevators required quite a journey to get to them. Marriott lived up to its name for good customer service and quality accommodations.

Fitness room. Loud construction at 8am. It was nice but the construction outside my room at 7am was terrible. I wish they could have put me on the other side of the hotel where no construction was going on.

Great Location, Right on 295 and NJ Tpke Older hotel, dirty carpet, definitely not the 3 star. Its a not a bad place to stay if you are visiting Cherry Hill. Not to far from Philly downtown (15 mins) or the airport (20 mins). But the hotel is definitely not 3 star quality. Its an older hotel, and it shows in the corridors, elevators and lounges. Carpets in the room were dirty, not something you would expect of a Radisson. Good size rooms, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, all the usual ammenities, free parking, $10 internet access, cordial staff, not bad otherwise.

No high speed internet in the room The hotel was OK. I'd like to add a few criterias in the selection panel in addition to the number of stars. High speed internet is one of them, free parking is another. HSI is a must for business travelers and I only want to stay in hotels where this service is available.
