The beds were heavenly. so soft! The outside smelled. I was very impressed with the hotel. The cost was excellent. I would definitely stay again. It was quiet and restful.

Charging a daily fee for using their wi-fi network is ridiculous and I would not choose this hotel again for that reason alone.

I loved the bed linens. They had some many entrances and only one open. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service. The comfort of the room was Devine. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Loved the bedding and spacious room. There was no refrigerator/bar in the room. Beautiful facility. Incredibly friendly staff. Very clean and easy access.

Great staff, great room, overall exceeded expectations. Management was great. They were able to keep a large family reunion under control so as to not disturb other guests. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and great gym / pool.

Easy access on and off the expressway. The hotel did not feel very luxurious. A very nice hotel for a busy business traveler, not looking for a lot of fluff.

Upper scale. Little people room, cramped, small beds and handicapped rooms. While one would expect more from this hotel. Maid knocked on the door early, bathroom had a strange standing only stall obviously for a wheel chair. But space between the beds was so tight no way a wheel chair would get by. The most bad thing is charging you $10 for internet access.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was exceptional and the staff was awesome. The bathroom was a little too small. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that I know. I was very well pleased from the time we checked in until the moment we departed. I found the rooms very well maintained and very comfortable. If I did not have things to do in the city I would have enjoyed just being in the room for the duration of our stay. I could not have stayed at a more friendly and pleasant place. It was an awesome home away from home.

Hotel staff was friendly. Restaurant did not look open, but it was. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to my request to change to king size bed. The restaurant looked abandoned since we did not see any staff at entrance and looked like they did not want to open.

Clean room, friendly staff. Having to pay for internet in my room. I would highly recommend this hotel to any and all that asks. The only drawback I found in my brief stay was that I had to pay for internet connection in my room.

Not too bad for an overnight stay. Greenspoint mall nearby is mostly closed and run-down, sad considering how nice the area used to be when I grew up in the Houston area. Great bed, but the decor was outdated and there was actually a bottle opener mounted inside the bathroom door frame.

The beds are the most comfortable beds ever. They do not accommodate smokers very well. The rooms are great. They do not serve a continental breakfast. I felt as if smokers were discriminated against. California Marriotts have balconies on every room above 1st floor. You can smoke on the balconies. Maybe Houston marriott's should take notes.

The hotel van took 48 minutes to pick me from the airport. I was at this hotel 3 times in a week and each pickup took a between 30 minutes or more. The hotel van is shared with the hilton hotel and the wait times for pickup from the airport is awful.

The convenient location was favorable. The gang population in the parking lot that required Houston Police to sweep the area. This hotel staff was professional and courteous. The room was spacious and handsomely furnished. The beds were comfortable. The proximity of our room resulted to the lobby afforded us complimentary internet access.

The pool area was awesome. Not the greatest neighborhood. My family and I stayed at the Marriott Greens point before catching a flight out of IAH. The room was clean and comfortable and the indoor/outdoor pool area was awesome. We had room service and the food was quite good and the portions were huge. We will definitely return to the Marriott Greens point.

Cleanliness and decor were very nice. It was convenient to the airport. Noisy room air conditioner. This was a convenient stop over hotel prior to flying out of IAH the next day. The services and accommodations were a significant step above the drive in drive out facilities such as comfort inn or holiday inn express.
