Great location to Mellon Arena and very nice aesthetics wonderful bedding! Starbucks was closed due to a water break.

Parking garage attached to facility was ideal for downtown Pittsburgh. Even better was the free shuttle which drove us to our restaurant! We were visiting colleges great trip!

We were treated wonderfully by the staff. We received the room we wanted, and received complimentary champagne for our anniversary. The lobby area was quite small. Excellent service. Front desk was friendly and accomodating. They even sent champagne to our room for our anniversary. Very convenient location for events at Mellon Arena. Comfy bed.

Although this hotel was advertised as a 3-star establishment, I would not say it was any better than 2-star hotels I have stayed at. The hotel not having parking was inconvenient but understandable for a downtown location. However, the room not having a hair dryer or wireless Internet was harder to comprehend. Since I have stayed at 2-star establishments that had both, I arrived expecting the same and more from this hotel. Needless to say, we had to deal with wet hair longer than we expected, and Internet was limited to a desk where I was told I could hook up my computer to the cable in the wall. I like to work on my laptop from the comfort of bed, and this was not possible with no wireless access. I give it 7/10 all around for a high level of cleanliness, comfy beds and a nice lobby and elevators. As far as the room itself, it was just average, exhibiting nothing 'upscale' whatsoever.

This hotel is located in the middle of a lot of action. The bartender service was very slow and understaffed. This hotel is in a great location and was a very nice place to stay. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of downtown Pittsburgh.

Good location and excellent staff. Beds were small and so was the bathroom. My family and I stayed at the Marriott Pittsburgh for a weekend getaway. The staff could not be friendlier and their was a Starbucks attached so my wife was happy. The only complaint was the size of the room and the view of the roof outside my window. I would stay there again though just based on how the staff treated us.

Great location for Pittsburgh hockey, Great service, every need was met. No negatives. The rooms were comfortable, the service was wonderful and the trip to Pittsburgh to see the Penguins and the Steelers was great!

Everything about this hotel was terrific! This was an excellent hotel in all aspects. It was a great value! Our room was huge, attractive and very clean. We were in town to run the marathon, so we really appreciated the extremely comfortable bed. The lobby was attractive, and check in/out was a breeze. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We found the hotel's location to be perfect for our needs. We would absolutely stay there again, and would recommend it to others.

The location was great. Our bed was very uncomfortable. We both woke up with backaches. The hotel rooms could use a little sprucing up. The bed skirt was a mess. It looks like the maid cleaned the room very quickly.
