Our room slider opened out to the swimming pool. Quality of room, bathroom to small needed to be updated. Great location and main lobby of hotel very nicely appointed.

Very comfortable beds, sliding glass door for fresh air. Drink machine: $2.25 for a soda. I know, it's a small thing. A very nice property, far enough from the freeway to be quiet. Large room, very comfortable beds, sliding glass door for lots of fresh air. Everything in the room and in the hotel seemed brand-new and in excellent condition. Definitely an excellent hotel.

Parking is expensive at $8 a day. It should be complimentary! Internet access was also for a fee. All of these things should be complimentary! While the public areas of the hotel is quiet and spacious, the room we stayed in was not too roomy, especially the bathroom. I also took issue with the fact that both parking and internet access are for a fee, at $8 and $10, respectively, per day. For a brand hotel at the 3-star level, these things should be complimentary! I would only stay at the hotel if I were a business traveler. It was too far from anything other than Great America. Also, we couldn't find a grocery store anywhere nearby -- not even a convenience store.

Great location, clean room, and great staff. We now have to pay for parking. See 12 and 13. I think hotel guests those that have rooms should be exempt from paying the parking. I think?

Layout around the pool was nice. Noise from the pool. No room service - probably because I stayed two nights. Would have appreciated fresh towels soap. bed made without asking. They were incredibly busy with come large conference guests and think that they also tended to rooms for new guests before getting to those staying a second night. Maintenance was VERY friendly, helpful and will when asked for any service. It was a great stay.

Just a couple of miles from Mineta International in San Jose, I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and continue to come back. Wonderful rooms, comfortable beds, great service from the staff and convenient to almost all the major Silicon Valley firms that you would want to visit. Great concierge service to find us a dinner place.

first of all the expensive suites are as big as a regular hotel room i paid more than $* for regular room that was supposebly a suite....breakfast not included and we were told it was so add another $15 a head...friends said they were me and took vehicle out of parking lot!!v they never asked them for an ID and just gave them the keys......poor service....

The Hotel has been recently remodeled. The decor, comfort and staff were up to my expectations. We are planning our next stay there. The food was a bit pricey and the menu not really kid friendly. Then again the Hotel is geared toward the adult population, or the business traveler. We came in on a Friday morning and enjoyed the amusement park across the street, later that night one of the managers gave us excellent ideas (and clear directions) on dining in San Francisco. The Service within the Hotel was excellent and the overall appeal of the structure was superb. The restaurant itself offers gourmet food, not really suited for picky eaters, and there weren't too many other options of dining within the area.

Hotel location and staff. Not much just that the vending machines were out of order in several locations. Excellent hotel. Rooms were very clean and feather beds were very comfortable. My best experience was with the staff. Marriott staff went out of their way to help me.

Hotel provided computer and printer to print out boarding passes. $9/day for self-parking. The hotel is still under renovation but we were given a room on the top floor (concierge level). The room had already been renovated and everything was new. The LCD was nice and big. The decor in the room was contemporary. The air conditioning was functioning properly. Overall, this is a great place to stay because it's a reasonable driving distance to San Francisco and really close to the San Jose airport. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Especially liked the beds. Very comfortable mattress, wonderful pillows, and feather comforters. We could hear planes as they flew over from the San Jose Airport. The hotel was very nice, clean, and a friendly staff. We have stayed here before and enjoyed our accommodations. The only complaints we have is that they are now charging $9.00 a day to park in their parking garage.
