We were exhausted and the bed was heavenly! There was nothing to not like! The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. We ate one meal in the restaurant (breakfast), and the food and service was great. All in all, a great visit for a very fair price.

Great location with very comfortable bedding. Walls were paper thin. Could hear everything in hallways and next to you. Very attractive hotel but had only one door you could enter for the entire building. Hate it if there was a fire because all would have to get out of the front lobby door. The pool was very small for the amount of people at it. No chairs available every time I went with children. Service was very poor. Had trouble getting luggage service to room and when checking out. Just did it ourselves after waiting both instances.

It was conveniently located to shopping, dining and the major highway. The room I stayed in was unrepentantly very small. Great location, lots of free parking, but the rooms could be a little more spacious.

Very clean, with a dream bed. Right next to train depot, noisy trains with engines on all night! a BIG minus The bed and bath were really nice, too bad that the noise from the train depot made sleep hard anyway...

Room service was efficient and courteous. We needed a refrigerator for my sister's insulin, we received it quickly. Does not apply. Our room was beautifully decorated. The pool area was peacefully quiet. The placement of nice tables set out in the shaded areas was so relaxing. This is what I came looking for, and I found it. Good job .

Very nice lobby area; free shuttle service. Fee to use internet, etc. Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room.

Hotel had clean lobby area and desk clerk was nice. Room was small, there was no restaurant at all, hardly a 3 star. Hard to find, strangely located. Clerks and empolee were nice but the hotle is a good 2 star hotel not a 3 .

Most everything, especially that they allowed my Harley to park up front under the covered entrance. As with most Marriotts, they pay attention to their customers needs and present the Hotel was very clean and upscale.

My team and I have stayed at this hotel for the past several months. Over the last several weeks, the air conditioning has been going in and out. This week, it has not worked more than it has worked. The concierge lounge is hot, and the person working there (Joseph) is dripping with sweat. The A/C works well in some of the rooms but not in others. It was working when I went to bed 2 nights this week, only to wake up in the middle of the night in a hot, humid room. I have already canceled future reservations and will stay elsewhere in the future.

If you like being in a steamroom, this is the place to stay.

We stayed here for two weeks and while the food was good, housekeeping was terrible. Worse, near the end of our stay the room flooded, the bathroom electricity shorted out, and neither the hotel manager nor the front desk manager was remotely interested. Nor did the Marriott head office reply when we wrote to them.

The staff at the hotel were great. They were very friendly and helpful. The location is great close to City Place. The rooms were awful!!! They were small, rust in bathroom, things falling apart. They charge $300 for a $60 night room. Too much!!!!! The maids even though we told them we were getting dressed in the room and weren't ready, they still wanted to come in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, except someone who just wants a bed to sleep in at a high price.

The security of the hotel and parking lot. It was a little confusing to enter the parking lot from the main road. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean.

The staff was super friendly and they upgraded us to a king bed with no charge. The room was comfortable and very clean. The price of food was too expensive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed directions, they had a map ready for us and able to answer all of our questions. The room was clean, quite and the bed was comfortable with nice linens. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

Clean, convenient, modern, friendly staff. Do not recall any negatives. Clean with modern appearance. Great welcomingappearance of lobby. Easy to navigate. Rooms clean, fully stocked with linens, flat screen TV, fridge. Entire hotel non smoking.

Very clean, a lot of amenities. I enjoyed my stay at the marriott west palm beach. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the cleanliness was excellent. Good bargain for the quality of hotel.

Free Shuttle Parking is too far from door, given the summer heat Great place with a friendly staff. I will definitely stay there on my next business trip.

The Marriott West Palm Beach was an excellant place to have meetings, especially for people from out of town. As I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the bellman who opened the door of the cab, offered to take my bags and pointed me to the check-in desk. Check-in was a fast, pleasant experience and the clerk went out of his way to point out all amenities. Even though I was early I was allowed to check in to a beautiful room with updated decor and luxurious linens. Also, because my flight didn't take off until 4 PM, I was allowed a late check out. Room service was prompt and pleasant. I would return to this property.

Great customer service - beautiful room. Expensive breakfast, internet wasnot included in hotel fee. We stayed here for our honeymoon, not knowing much about the area. The room was beautiful, as well as the lobby area and outside area of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing (There was a buffet set up or you had the option of ordering something al le cart). My only complaint is that wireless internet was not included, and you had to pay for it daily. Not only that, it wasn't very cheap!

Very friendly and accommodating staff No ice on the 1st floor The hotel was very easy to find, and check in was very smooth, as I arrived very late in the evening! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the accommodations were perfect! I would definitely reccommend the facility to others and definitely consider staying again!
