The Marriott West was a wonderfully added addition to our romantic getway. Nothing bad to say. If this hotel could be considered an oasis, it certainly was a welcomed sight. The staff, the room they upgraded for us and the service. We will definitely stay there again soon.

They had a pool, hot tub and sauna. No free internet, cable TV was limited, and the construction was horrible! I will not be staying at this hotel again for the reason of the construction.

Front desk help was outstanding! I'd return just to visit them! The hotel was doing construction to upgrade lobby. This was by far the best hotel experience I have had. The help at the front desk was fantastic! Maps were printed out for us, tourist attractions were suggested and they made us feel like we were important. I'd return just to visit with the staff...they were phenomenal!

I loved the fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub. The location was tucked away and the hotel sign was dark. The location of the hotel was on a college campus and another hotel with the same name was located on the same campus in an obscure area. They had some construction going on and there were no signs leading up to the hotel. The actual hotel sign was broke and dark.

Nice and clean room. Recommended. Far from downtown St Louis. The hotel is very clean. Parking lot is big and close. Staffs are friendly. Highly recommended if you don't mind to drive 30 miles to downtown St Louis.

Bedding. Cost of food, beverages, etc. This hotel lacked all the small amenities that should be included in any major hotel chain including, but not limited to, coffee in the AM was available in the lobby (creamer to go with that), an abundance of ants and insects on the patio outside the restaurant, rude personnel with the exception of a few, and so on. Will not stay again.

the hotel was great! nice location, right off the freeway. Staff was wonderful, check in was quick, they even remembered my name the next morning when I went up to the concierge lounge! I will definately stay here on my next visit to St Louis

The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff is friendly. Disturbed twice with my do not disturb sign up. I've stayed at this hotel a couple times and its always pleasant and clean.I get plenty of rest in the comfy beds.

My favorite thing about my room was the bed. It was great. I really liked everything about the hotel. I really liked staying at this hotel. It was easy to get to, very quite and I felt very safe. I would certainly recommend this to anyone.

We loved the king - size bed. Nothing negative to report! The hotel was great - very clean and everything looked new. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for computer work.

Clean. The bed was too soft. The staff did not take our complaints seriously and never followed up or remedied our situation. I would not recommend this hotel to someone.

While we were there the service was average or less. No one seemed to care about getting the advertised fitness machines operating. The rooms were not kept very clean.

I was traveling with children to visit some of the sites. This hotel was located about 15 minutes from most sites. It is located in a business park, but had a lovely view of the woodland. Desk personnel was friendly and professional, rooms very comfortable, mattress very plush, toiletries were nice (will buy more), pillows were plentiful with extras stored in the closet, wi-fi was free in public areas, but there's a fee if accessed in rooms (should have been free, even motels offer free wi-fi), this room was a bargain, would stay again...

Hotel was very clean, rooms were big and beds were comfortable. No free internet. No free internet. Wi-Fi or network. This hotel was great except for no free WiFi or hard wire internet in the room. I have been to many hotels where if they didn't offer free WiFi they at least offered network jacks in the room for free. Not here not only did they not have hard wire or WiFi in the rooms but they didn't have free WiFi in common area either. 10 bucks a day is just a little too much for the internet. Other than this issue the hotel was fabulous.

They are currently doing remodeling work at this hotel. The lobby was clean but temporary entrance by the meeting rooms had to be used by all guests.

Excellent accommodations and staff service. The Marriott West County maintains excellent standards; located overlooking a pond and walking area, and very well situated for access to both St Louis County and downtown activities.

This hotel is located near some beautiful walking trails. This hotel is slightly outdated and in need of some updating. Nice, family friendly hotel with very comfortable beds. The rugs in the hallway and the rooms are a little outdated and old looking. The toilets and sinks also need some updating.

It was a very spacious room - especially when you have to put up a crib in the room. The pool was not easily labeled as to where to find it. It was a great hotel. We got a little lost trying to find it only because of the construction on I64. Other than that it was a great hotel and well worth the money.

Very helpful staff. Gym was small and cramped and very limited. This is a wonderful hotel, with an incredible staff. I brought my 95 year old aunt to it for a visit and a lunch and they did everything they could to make it comfortable for her. They brought a handicapped seat up for the toilet in my room and helped me get her in and out of the hotel pool. When she was effusive in her praise of the soup at the restaurant they brought her a full to-go container of it to take home!

The comfort of the bed was extraordinary. Lobby under construction. Sits in a quiet business park in a fine part of town. Comfort of bed was extraordinary. The hotel was quiet the night we were there. We felt the value for the money was wonderful.
