Very nice comfortable and romantic. Internet service was not included. Our over night stay was great. The room was beautiful. We were provided with products from Bath and Body Works. We really felt like we were some place special.

Lobby & lounge were open, airy and provided for great visibility throughout the lobby and bar area. Internet charges of $10.95 were in addition to the hotel rate. Clean, accessible with plenty of restaurant opportunities either in the hotel or in an area immediately adjacent to the hotel.

Just blocks from the office at which I work in Houston. No place to run or walk from exercise outside the building. Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly service. Top-notch hotel.

It was very clean and in a safe area of town. I can't think of anything. It was a nice hotel with good amenities. I would stay there again. I would recommend it to family as well. I liked that it was located close to several eateries outside the hotel options.

fabulous front desk. took care of every need w/smile a little far from downtown, with traffic but I would go back All the staff was extremely professional, always smiled, asked to help continually. The rooms, beds and pillows look very nice and feel nice, also the gym facilities are excellent. If there is something I can say is that the parking lot was always full and I had a sick person going to memorial hospital. The hotel is very nice, the lobby, the rooms look like a 4 star hotel, I was very happy with what I found, the location was very convenient for my activities, you have everything around, and we stayed for 8 days, I was late in the mornings some days and they always made up our room no matter what time we left in the morning or noon, I was very pleased and I will recommend it.

The king size bed and comforter were very comfortable. The air conditioner did not get cool enough. Overall it was great.

The price was right. Would have liked to have a morning newspaper. See above Attractive and upper class appearance in lobby. Restaurant prices were very high so we brought breakfast in. We are always pleased with Marriott Hotels.

The Marriot Westchase has an elegant atmosphere. The employees are courteous and friendly. Although the room was not huge, it was very comfortable and clean. The view from our room was expansive.

Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The cost for wireless internet hook up. Hotel was close to my event. I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was attentive and the room was great.

The service was great; very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ordered breakfast in my room ? the food was pretty good but it?s hard to mess up tea, fruit and yogurt. The valet was friendly and knowledgeable. Great location near the Galleria. There was an AC vent outside of my room door that was leaking, making the floor wet. I would have preferred to be moved to another room. The room I had was pretty small. Overall, it was okay. The hotel is convenient for my business purposes, so I will give it one more try.

Nice and very clean hotel. Clean rooms and atmosphere. Curteous staff. In/outdoor combined pool was nice, but could not use due to cold wether (would have appreciated if indoor part could be sealed off outdoor part, and be heated as well in cool weather.Did not like charging for iternet access.

The only thing that keeps this hotel from meeting the 4 star is the room size. Ameneties are plentiful. Pool is large, fitness area is nice and has just about everything you will need. Get the breakfast witht the room it is very much worth it and good. Hotel is clean and the front desk was pleasant. Room request ie; Robes, Refrigerator was not brought until I called several times. Nice lounge area and snack / souvenier store but as usual..pricey. Overall 3.5 stars

I was traveling strictly on business so that makes my needs different from others. I also travel to many different business hotels and chains, so my comparison is broad. Overall, I have two serious issues with the property. First, I was surprised how small the rooms were. I could live with that since I wasn't going to be spending much time in the room anyhow. What pushed me over the edge was the glacial pace of the Internet connection in the room. It was unusable for connecting to my corporate VPN. It was barely usable for casual browsing. The connection was there but the speed was not. It was slower and more erratic than dial-up. I hadn't checked in until 11PM so you might imagine I was irritable. I called both the front desk (no help) and the Guest Relations Manager(got voice mail) before giving up and deciding to go look for a Starbucks. First I went to the business center, where the connection speed was the same. Before leaving the business center, I unplugged the network connection from one of the desktop PCs they have, plugged it into my laptop, and got a lighting fast connection. Altogether, it took about an hour-and-a-half to finally get a proper connection, and about 10 minutes to finish my work. I acknowledge that my needs are narrow, but very important to a business traveler. Suffice it to say, I checked out early on the basis of this issue alone. As a business traveler, I cannot be without a high speed connection and this hotel did not have one.

Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. $12.95 per day for Internet access. It's hard to believe that a hotel of this class still charges almost $13 per day to connect to the Internet yet gives you HBO and numerous cable channels in the room price. I would rather have the Internet than the television. This one issue will keep me from returning to this nice hotel in the future.
