Loved the big screen TVs in both rooms and the huge bathroom. The suite setup with a seperate living room/bedroom was very nice. A few things were left in the room from previous tenants. The bedroom doors don't provide much privacy. All in all, we had a great time as a family. The staff was friendly and the room comfortable. It's about a 15 minute drive to downtown, though, so it's not the best location for sight-seeing.

Quick and immediate response from staff Swimming pool closed too early For the price I got, it is worth every penny.

The room was fantastic and I will definitely stay there again. The carpet seemed damp like they had just steam cleaned it and it didn't have adequate time to dry. All expectations were met. I only stayed one night but would love to stay there again for an extended period. All staff was courteous and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable; it felt more like an apartment than hotel room. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. The only thing that I can say on a negative not was that the all areas of the carpet in the room was damp, likely from being steam cleaned prior to our stay but not given adequate time to dry before letting people stay. Our socks got wet because of it and that wasn't good.

It was a nice hotel, but I did have an incident with the housekeeping staff that was a bit upsetting. However, that was one person and really not a true reflection of the staff or hotel in general. That one incident is why I lowered the score on staff performance.

This hotel was beautiful. I was on the 11th floor and I had two large flat screen tv's, a living area, desk, wrap around bath and toilet and mirrored sink area with lovely bath and body works aromatherapy soaps and shampoo/conditioner. The pillowtop bed was complete with cozy bedding and a big bay window. Room service was on time - food was very good.

When I checked in I asked for the quietest room in the hotel. They delivered! I got a corner room and never heard anyone around me. The breakfast buffet was wonderful - although a bit pricey. The staff was very helpful. I walked 2 blocks to the L (subway) and rode it downtown to do shopping and go to museum before my business began the next day. This hotel will be my first choice when I return to Chicago.

The room is better than any others at this price. Not many have a suite at this price and comfort level. Very homey .High quality bed. Love this room, will be back this year.

Clean. Easier access to WI-FI. Very comfortable. We felt pampered with all the room's amenities. Beds were extremely comfortable. Only wish the wireless internet was easier to access.

Big, clean, spacious and luxurious suites that will comfortably sleep up to six people. Beautiful hotel and pool facility was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean. Charged for everything. We were not impressed with the room, it contained a huge board-meeting-like table and a small refrigerator that was not plugged in. The part of the room that was bed was in was very small and contained an old, also very small TV. The staff seemed bored and pre occupied and would not even look up to talk to us. They also never answered when I tried to call them from the room. I would only recommend this hotel to someone who has too much money, not enough sense, and do not mind being ignored by staff.

It was under renovation. So it was very noisy during the day, and the renovation lasted for three weeks. This information is not provided when I purchased it.

Friendly helpful staff Rooms are old, uncomfortable beds, smelly rooms. we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it has been my worst hotel experience ever.We were promised a no-smoking room, but the room and the sheets smelled of smoke.The bed was uncomfortable and not flat so you end up rolling off towards the center.Most of all they dont tell you, that there is a $16/night additional charge for car park. Stay away from this place.
