Some of the best staff from door to room. Noisy central air unit; could hear neighbors swearing at 3 am. The staff has been very well trained, the doormen, front desk staff, restaurant staff, and cleaners were all above average. Very comforatable and large rooms. Hotel location is kind of middle of nowhere but was good for my needs as I needed to be in west end.

Bedding was very nice, comfy. Had a casino attached. Very nice rooms and the hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly. The sports lounge was a great place.

From the minute i arrived at the front desk I was treated like i was the most important guest in the hotel. The rooms were a bit smaller then other hotels i have stayed in but they made up for it with there cleanliness and comfort. The kingsize bed was perhaps one of the most comfortable hotel beds i have ever slept on. The high thread count sheets and down quilt made it feel like i was sleeping on a cloud. Room service was prompt and the food was great. There was only a few things that i could honestly complain about. The biggest was loud music on Saturday night. I was staying on the 6th floor and i still could hear loud club music untill around 1am. The second would be parking on Saturday evening. The resort gets very busy on the weekend and when i returned from the movies i found i could not find a spot to park...not even in the back. The third minor detail was no mini fridge in the rooms. i had tomake a poor mans cooler with ice and the bathroom sink to chill my beer=) I would easily recomend this hotel for a get away with a signifigant other.

Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Good location - 5 minutes from West Ed. Mall. One of the concierge left a bad taste in my mouth as we were leaving, we were a large party - took some time - well she lost other tips because of us. We've stayed here before and liked it! Again, enjoyed our stay - this time though they really seemed to be extra friendly and helpful, especially with children.

Awesome staff. Restaurants are too upscale and too expensive. Great staff, comfy beds. Beautiful casino. But good luck finding basic food such as burgers or veal cutlets, it's all.

Clean well decorated rooms. Excellent value we stayed in hotels in Hawaii that were not as nice and a lot pricier.
