Nice, clean apartments in a good location. Easy access however disappointing the lifts were not working and we had to go up 3 flights of stairs when leaving or entering. Apartment was well furnished and very stylish. Key collection was straightforward and easy from a safe located in a side building so no need to pick up personally. I would recommend as a good stay.

Excellent flat well equipped and in quiet location in the City close to West Smithfield and St Pauls, highly recommended.

This is the best place i've stayed in London - the pictures do the place justice and its in an excellent location. The price varies a lot though so its not always the best value for money.

Very nice modern apartment which was good value (£145). A decent 1 bedroom size, very clean, efficient booking system (although they requested my credit card details again separately for any extra charges, which I ignored, access codes and instructions by email were very clear though and sent in plenty of time considering my last minute booking) and some nice touches such as good quality toiletries, towels, takeaway menu, information pack etc. As with the majority of modern apartments, the walls were pretty thin (although this wasn't a problem). It was everything I needed and very good value compared to the alternative lower quality of hotels for the same price, nice to have the extra space. Only suggestions I would make are that it lacked some of the little touches that other apartments offer such as complimentary tea, coffee, milk etc and it wasn't quite as spacious as say a couple of the Apartments I've stayed at before, but it was definitely worth the money and I would definitely stay there again.

Getting your keys and being able to get into your apartment was not identified prior to our arrival. We eventually figured out we were supposed to collect our keys from down the road except this door was on a pass number lock. We were lucky that within 5 mins someone was leaving and we could get in. We had to hunt around in the lobby to eventually find the keys in an envelope.When we got to our building, again we couldn't get in as it was a pass coded lock. Again lucky that someone was coming back at the right time. They need to get this process sorted.
