A daily resort fee of $10 per day ($11.30 per day tax inclusive) is pyable directly to property and includes: - Daily Membership to the Fitness Center, including unlimited use of the Fitness Center Equipment, lockers, sauna, steam room and shower facilities. - Pool Concierge Service offering use of reading material, floating devices, games, fresh fruit in the AM, granola bars or popsicles in the afternoon, pool towels, and cushioned lounge chairs - In room Tea and Coffee Effective January 1st, 2010, the Resort fee at will be going up to $12 plus 11% tax. Internet access is included in the Resort Fee.

Very beautiful nice hotel. They tacked on several charges we were unaware of. We had to switch rooms because the internet did not work in that room. It was difficult to accommodate the van we were driving or any other large vehicles at the hotel. (Including trucks and large SUV's) There were several fees tacked on to our bill that were unexpected (resort fee, etc...) We ate lunch at the pool side cafe. When the bill finally arrived there was only one copy to sign for the restaurant. Due to our time constraints we had to hurry out with out a copy. The charge on our final bill was over $10 higher than the actual charge. Also, we rented a movie that was supposed to be $12 and the charge was actually $13.50. The hotel is very nice and beautiful, we just felt we were a little Taken"!"

Overall, the hotel is OK. The problem is this hotel does not have parking lot for guests. Valet parking is mandatory for 22/day plus tips. I took my car out several times per day isn't fun at all (tips every time and the time waiting for my car). Oh, don't touch anything from the mini refrigerator in the room (not free). They are so expensive.

Excellent handicapped accessibility. Too far from shopping & nightlife/restaurants etc. Nice ambiance, lobby and rooms. Great place if you do not want to leave room or poolside and you do no mind expensive restaurants, parking and shops fees. Not good if you wanted to be on the trip for happening places.

Friendly staff, who tried or at least pretended to help. No cleanliness, Bad mattresses, Bad view, Old style decor, Old TV, Small bathroom. This hotel did not meet my expectations. I planned this trip for complete relaxation which I could not achieve.

It isthe Miami Beach Resort. Expensive parking. This was a very nice place to stay. The pool was warm and inviting. The sun does hide behind the buildings in the afternoon, but that is the same at all of these hotels. The room was clean and nice. My ocean-side view from the 17th floor was great. The lobby was very pretty. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. Route 1A1 out front is a little odd with the one-way traffic.

Nice bar, excellent barman, very friendly staff. Having to pay $22 a day for parking. The hotel was a good choice to stay at for the short time I was in Miami. It is looking a bit tired though and needs uplift.

Great Hotel! Not far from South Beach strip by cab like 7-10 min no hotel shuttle to south beach had to take cab I was very surprised when I arrived at the Wyndam but I did enjoy my stay for one night. I recommend for a family stay as it is right on the beach. I would not stay more than 3 nights here or for business.

When I pulled up I thought wow what a nice hotel. The lobby was beautiful. When I got to my room i was very disappointed it looked very dated. I've stayed in Holiday Inns that had nicer rooms. My room was too cold so I checked the thermostat only to find out there was no option for heat just to turn the a/c off. There was no remote for my TV. called the front desk they brought another remote but it didn't work either we finally get that situation resloved. The next day when i got back to my room i noticed that my tub was filled with dirty water. When house keeping was in they filled the tub up with wated and never cleaned it!! (so nasty) I left a pair of sock under the cover on purpose to see if they were really making the beds and not to any surprise i found my sock right where i left them. It seems as though they just pulled the sheet up and tucked them in there was still big wrinkles in the sheets. The room just didn't seem clean. The celing in the over the bath tub had midew on it and the tub seemed to be stained.

We stayed here over the weekend in an ocean view room and loved it. Wonderful view. Reasonably clean. Large room size. Great location. No problem with elevators. A real Miami Beach kind of feel. No, it's not 5 stars but for this price I don't expect it to be. We would go back in a heartbeat.

When arrived, hotel lobby was very nice, and staff friendly, when we got to the hotel room on the 9th floor... different story... room outdated, TV had ONLY few channels, room carpet old and stained, was afraid to walk bare-foot... bathroom shower curtain stained, they ask you to be green; and use towels few times... I don't mind to be green; and help the earth... but my bed sheets, we stayed there 7-days; were NEVER changed... when addressed this at the front desk.. was told, we'll send the service; well the service never arrived... did not like the idea of $ charge for valet parking, the weather was very nice, and Ocean incredibly warm...

The room was clean and the hotel itself was nice. That there was no ramps for strollers only handicap little elevators that were hard to use. Not comfortable at all for mothers with babies and stroller It was overall nice except for the uncomfortable beds and no ramps for strollers, no where to be found. Someone always had to help me carry the stroller down the stairs. Other parents were complaining also.

Beach access. Horrible shape, rooms are dirty, no attractions near, expensive, charged extra for resort, $22/parking/day. This hotel is horrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. The shape of the place is below any standard. They charge $22/day for parking and $10/day for internet access. No ramp for children stroller. Location is not near any attraction.

The Miami Beach Resort and Spa was very comfortable. My wife and I each had a full size bed. The room was approximately 1.5 times as large as most hotel rooms I have stayed at. It had a vanity in the bathroom and another right outside of the bathroom. We liked the fact that the pool was heated, so no matter what time of day or outside temperature, we could go in for a dip. The hotel location was very good for our purposes - directly on the beach and within a short ride to south beach.
