"Beautiful hotel with lots of ammenities (pool, fitness center). Restaurant had good good but poor service. Subway nearest to the hotel entrance was out of order for the weekend. This location is best suited for business travelers not necessarily vacation or tourist attractions. "

Clean, very nice rooms and lobby, great service, Hilton name. Early morning construction and a lot of noise due to downtown/ground zero location.

This hotel was a great value for NYC. Amazing view of the Statue of Liberty from room. Huge flatscreen TV was fun and the Crabtree & Evelyn amenities were wonderful.

Location next to ground zero, construction very noisy. Many blocks in the area are not accessible by car due to construction.

Location! Beautiful, clean room. Stunning view. Noise from ground zero construction, thin walls. This hotel boasts an enviable location and stunning views of ground zero and the harbor. Great restaurants, stores, and sites abound. Room is very clean, neat, modern, and comfortable. Though small, room has beautiful window views.

The location was great, close to the subway. The noise from the WTC. We loved the hotel, but we got put in a very noisy room on the WTC side. We wanted to move but they wouldn't move us until our last two nights. Once moved we had an amazing view of the Hudson river and the city bridges. The noise was much less, but we were near the machanics of the lift so that kept us awake.I would not stay here again due to the noise.

Pretty rooms. The construction site of the WTC was too noisy. The construction site of the WTC was too noisy. You all should be ashamed to give a blind hotel assignment, and have it near a noisy construction site at the WTC. It was noisy. Hotel management's offer to remedy the noise was handout earplugs. Not a good experience.

The staff members were exceptional, front desk at check in to bell hop at check out-fantastic! I just cant say enough good things about this hotel and its lovely staff. I have stayed here twice now and it is by far the best place in NYC!

Hotel was neat and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. I thought staying downtown would be nice but it is really out of the way from everything besides the statue of liberty. When i booked the room it was to my understanding you can see the statue from the room but we were not up high enough. The construction at ground zero was VERY loud even when you are 17 floors up! Our ice machine on the floor was broken so we had to go to another floor and use theirs. I thought the room was over priced. It wasn't what i was expecting for the price i paid. And i didn't like the no ""in-out"" privileges with our car. 55 dollars a day to park is just crazy! Other hotels are about 40 a day. And if you pick up anything from the mini bar-even if you don't use it you still get charged. That's ridiculous! I don't think i will be staying at any more Hiltons. No wifi in the rooms in a high class hotel is another downfall! And it was $15 dollars to use the internet for 24 hours in the room. The prices are crazy!

My boyfriend and I just stayed here for two nights and we were beyond amazed with everything. The hotel was beautiful and we were taken care of very well. We had a city view room on the 31st floor and the view was beautiful. We could look directly into ground zero, which was interesting to see, and along with the buildings and water it was all quite lovely. There was some noise from the construction in the morning, but it wasn't much louder than regular busy city noise, so we weren't bothered by it at all. Everything was clean and polished perfectly. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable we wanted to take the whole bed home with us! It was great to collapse in bed after walking around the city for 14 hours. We had such a great time and will DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful Hotel, The most amazing view of the business district, New Jersey, and the Statue of Liberty. Service was great. I did not pay the $ up front for all the extra services. Nights are pretty desolate, but it is the business district. However, the subway stop is just at the foot of the hotel so its no problem to get to other part of the city. Wonderful facilities, pool, gym, and restaurant. Would definitely book again. Some noise from construction from ground Zero, but it is still amazing to see them working.

We stayed in a junior suite on the 36th floor directly across from Ground Zero and we loved it...but I think it is because we were up so high and that on Friday July 4th no construction was going on. The suite was great: corner window for the parents and a foldable sofa for the kids with their own TV in the main room (common bathroom between the rooms). We watched the fireworks from up there! The restaurant was pretty good and the pool was clean and very very nice (there is a small sauna as well). The concierge was not too helpful as far as tips for local breakfast place.

The location of the hotel and view. The room temperature was too hot and we were unable to get it rectified. Millenium hotel is located downtown within walking distance to shopping in Chinatown, Soho and Tribeca. Great facilities and friendly staff keep me coming back again and again.
