Location! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely hard and had no blanket. You cannot beat the location of this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only negative is that the bed was very hard and there were not enough pillows or a blanket. We requested extra and they were brought but it would make more sense to have adequate pillows and blankets in the room already.

Very friendly staff, great rooms and location. Staff restaurant recommendations. Millennium was fantastic. Great location, rooms were modern and well appointed. Bathrooms were nice. Staff was very willing to make sure we had enough room for all the adults staying in each room. It is very nice hotel.

The hotel was very nice (39th floor), clean (except the glasses weren't) and extremely close to the Lunt Fontaine theatre and subway. I was a bit annoyed originally at not being able to check in until 4pm, but they were understanding and got us in at 1:30 or so. Only stayed 1 day for Lil Mermaid and it was great for my 5yr old. Room was bigger than others that I have stayed in in the area. Would stay again.

The hotel was extremely convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The room temperature was difficult to regulate. The toiletries did not include lotion. No Bible. The hotel was great for business travel. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect location for doing business in midtown or going to the theater.

It's location, appearance and service level. Ienjoyed everything. Great location, excellent facilities, great level of service. Overall, we were impressed and very satisfied.

Simple, clean, pleasant, convenient, competent and pleasant staff. Staff was courteous, helpful and pleasant. TV screen was OK especially for local stations. Bed mattress was hard and comfortable.

Staff wasvery professional and friendly and location. Food prices too high. Arrived very early but bellman held our luggage till our room was ready. Spent most of our days out and about would have liked a coffee maker or microwave in room just to make something warm as it was cold on our trip. After check out we had several hours till our bus left so again the bellman kept our luggage so we could continue to sight see. Over our entire week end was great and have no reservations about using your services again very happy with price and hotel. Great trip.

Nice room, nice beds nice TV. We were charged for mini bar which we did not use. We loved this hotel overall. The location was right in Times Square. Our room had an awesome view. When my friends arrived from out of town they gave them the room next to ours which we had requested.

Location. And ample sized rooms. The room was not particularly well decorated and showed signs of wear. This hotel is a great place to stay in the heart of Times Square. It feels safe, the staff is attentive, and the rooms are generously-sized for New York City.

Fantastic location in Times Square. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The bed linens were not comfortable. Overall the experience was very positive. Every staff member was friendly and efficient. The location was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel and Priceline to any traveler.

Very nice and business like helpfull staff. Very dark in lobby. Rooms were pretty large for NY standardsI thought. Everything seemed very clean, gym was nice also, would have liked a steam or hot tub though.

Perfect location, and we had a good rate. We had a corner room overlooking times square on the 44th floor, so noise was at a minimum. Wonderful staff and concierge. room was clean, comfortable and decent size. we arrived on sunday during a parade so could not get to the entrance, but hotel staff was willing to meet us a block away to assist! Starbucks is just outside the back entrance, nice, since coffee is available thru room service only. inroom safe is a plus. breakfast at a nearby diner (Red something, i think) was reasonably priced. we did the greyline tour bus hop on / hop off with a side trip to statute of liberty, museums and Top of the Rock. No line at top of the rock at 9 pm. Two and half days was not enough time !!!! Would absolutely recommend Millenium Broadway

4 days in NYC for wife's birthday. Hotel was perfect for us. Right off Times Sq. but you don't immediately walk smack into the heart of it. 2 blks from theatre district. Ideal walking to lots of activities. Management and staff VERY friendly and helpful with dining and transportation assistance. Switched us from lower level to 30th floor corner room in tower, no extra charge. If you want quiet away from busy lobby and more amenities choose newly remodeled 6 story Premier side. For great views of Times Square ask for room in the 45 story tower section. 24/7 business center small but functional. Onsite Charlotte restaurant good for lunch or snack but not dinner. Only drawback was slight musty smell in our tower room but we we not in the room much anyway and view was great.

Nice clean hotel! Great location only a few steps from Times Square. Lots of restaurants nearby. Broadway shows are within wallking distance. Subway station is only a couple of blocks away. Concierge was not much help but the housekeeper on our floor was very nice and gave us some good tips. It was a little noisy at night, but tolerable. Our TV didn't work but we didn't watch anyway. The only other advice is do not take the Supershuttle from the airport. The taxi is the same price and a lot less hassle. Ours was 2 hours late. I would stay at this property again.

Was told at booking that stay would be on 28th floor or higher. Was placed on 23rd floor. Room was musty smell and a/c was not up to par. Location of hotel in Time Square was good, however other hotels in area would work as well. Pricing of hotel was in same range as some other names in area. Not sure if planning a stay again. Did contact hotel admin. on stay situation. Steve from Louisville, Ky. hotel stay from 05/21/09 to 05/25/09.

Great location, nice decor, more than one entrance. Waited more than 12 hours for extra towel, trash under the bed, long line to check in. It's a nice place with a great location. The check in took too long. There were a lot of staff walking around who looked like they could've gone behind the counter to help check people in faster.

None. The staff's rudeness and the careless hotel systems. The experience of this hotel(Millennium Broadway Hotel) spoiled my tour in New York. It was the most uncomfortable and dis-pleasant feeling I have ever had. They said that my card have over $6,000 credit was declined again and again. And they sent the security guard to my room, it was scared me. After that, they didn't apologize appropriately.
