the best location in Paris for either leisure or business. Right down the street from the Galleries Lafayette to do shopping and around the corner from a great French restaurant! The staff is great and speak perfect English. There is a great lobby bar and the rooms are big and comfortable. Great views of the city!

The heating was far to high and the room decor quite tired. Although what you would expect for France

This hotel was in a great location. Very near the Opera district, which is a great place for food and shopping. Walking distance to nearly every major "attraction" (if you don't mind a good walk). Metro stop is right next to the hotel, so you can go anywhere easily, even if you don't like walking. Keep in mind that all hotels in Paris are old and rooms are small - so this place is great by Paris standards, but don't expect American sized rooms. If you book a double room, you get two twin beds, but everything is well appointed. The fixtures are older, but updated and in great working order. The front desk spoke English and the hotel is very comfortable in every aspect. They do a great job of making you feel like home!

Our room was very small, not at all like the pictures on the website. There was not even enough room to unpack our suitcases. The bedspread was worn in several areas and had stains on it. The bottom of the dust ruffle was BLACK from dirt. We spent many evenings in the bar area because we could not stand to be in our room for anything more thhan sleeping. We saw a mouse run across the floor in the kitchen area behind the bar. We were very disappointed in this hotel, especially for what we were paying each night!

It was very easy to get to the hotel and furthermore it is very well-located so that you can reach every part of the city by metro. The room was bad-smelling and old. Bathroom and shower as well as the room weren't at the level of a four-stars hotel.
