Excellent location and very friendly staff. We had two rooms booked for our family so they put us in an alcove area which was great. Rooms are a bit small but bathrooms are large. Hotel is clean. Staff friendly. For booking 3 nights we received a free tour for each guest - almost like having a free nights accomadations. Would stay there again.

The room was spectacularly furnished and visually beautiful. The heating unit created a strange grinding sound when it started up. This hotel was quite stunning. The room was very impressive and aesthetically appealing. The bathroom had both a shower head and a handheld unit, which was very convenient. The inclusion of a wall safe was a plus as well. In the mornings, the breakfast bar had a great selection and the staff was helpful and friendly. My particular room wasn't designed for a family in mind, but for a couple having a romantic holiday together it was perfect!

Staff was friendly, helpful, and helped me understand using the metro. Not even a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, made it easy to arrive and depart, as well as use the metro for around Rome. Train offers cheap and direct tickets to the airports; hotel shuttle 1-way cost 54Euro! Breakfast was great, although the same each day, avoid the coffee, drink English Breakfast tea instead. Recommend confirming reservations as mine was not received until day of checkin. Grocery store nearby just a few blocks away, across from Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.

Excellent, friendly staff. Could easily converser in English. Wireless internet down, later fixed, water smelled poorly in bathroom. The location is very convenient to the train st. and for the active, not that long a walk to the sights. It seems that the neighborhood declines quickly to the southeast. Staff is excellent. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful but the water smelled foul (sulfur, sewerage?) and backed up onto the floor when the tub was drained rapidly. Wireless internet was down 1st day but repaired the next. Price seemed good compared to others in down town Roma.

I chose to stay in Hotel Morgana last summer and regretted every second spent there. The staff was absolutely terrible; they were rude and unfriendly. There were ceiling tiles missing from the hallway leading to our room. Wiring and pipes were visible. The room was NOT as pictured. It was shabby and the wall paper was peeling off. Hotel Morgana was by far the most horrible hotel that I have ever visited. Do NOT book this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Europe.

Nice sheets and bathroom, convenient to train station. Front desk extremely rude and unhelpful. Spare bed uncomfortable. Hotel staff leaves much to be desired. They charged us extra for a fold out bed even though I had made a reservation for myself and my two children.
