Probably the best apartment hotel in Perth (and we've stayed in several). Very clean and well appointed rooms. The weather was very hot and we were disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, having to open the windows made it noisy at night. Also disappointing that the restaurant was closed at New Year. The pools are small and became very crowded. Very well located with easy walking access to the city and to bus and train staions. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice Apartments / Good Service . However very dissapointed to be told after arrival that I could not use my apartment to show my product samples as I have been able to in several other Perth Apartments. No information informing me of this policy was either on their website or in the room folder. Dissapointed with Managers attitude in regard to my position.

On arrival, very late at night, it was unfortunate to find the room not cleaned to a very high standard. This did improve during the stay. The reception staff varied on their helpfulness.

A good moderately priced hotel close to the city and with easy access. The rooms were clean even though the furtniture was a little old. The reception staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. We would stay there again.

This was great value for money as we got a great internet special. The apartments are fantastic and there was a choice of two pools and tennis courts. Don't try and check in early though as they are very strict about this!! Won't even let you do the paperwork or check baggage in etc. Parking is very secure which was a great bonus and there is heaps of space.

A clean modern complex, in a great location near the Swan River, Kings Park and the CBD. There is a bit of freeway noise but not enough to stop me from staying there again. Would recommend Mounts Bay Waters to anybody.

This is maintained as nearly new complex, well maintained apartment hotel with every amenity you could reasonably expect such as pool, tennis court, Gym. coffe shopp & security.. .it is but 600-800 metres away from the city centre & Perth highways and if you .. After a long flight from the UK, we were bombed and so slept through on the first night. .. The complex was Quieter and . nicer. than the one we stayed in 2 years ago.The 2 bedroom apartment we had was spacious,clean, fully equipped and with kitchen,laundry & nice veranda. Very suitable for family holiday very secured & well organized= good value!!!
