Overall the hotel was good. Internet access at 25 euro per day was simply ridiculously expensive. Everywhere else in Italy that we went to, including a 5 star hotel in Venice, was generally free, we did pay 10 euros per day in Venice.

Excellent location, but as always for the NH chain, internet is an abuse. So all the pleasure of staying in the center of Milano is destroyed by the lack of internet or abusing Prices. I stay at the beginning of May, and I had three rooms, I took for my colleagues, the rate was 170 euros per night, breakfast included. The room were normal nothing fancy a little dull, but the bathroom redone and you could sleep well. The staff is as in Italy from nice to whatever depending of the time of the day, but in general they were very nice, especially for the breakfast. The only problem is the internet 25 euris for 24 hours is a complete abuse, I have been in other NH hotels and the same is happening, they want business people out I guess. I complained more than 3 years ago and they still do not give a ... about it. Why??? Next stay in Milano, I will sacrifice a little for another hotel with internet and cheaper rate.

The room had a bad AC system. The beds had bugs. The sheets were made from the table cloth used on the dining room tables. The TV was a 15 in screen.....will never stay there again. A 2 star hotel shown as a 4 star. What a joke.
